The quality of your food has drastically decreased. I ordered the ultimate steak sandwich. I asked for my fries well done and they were barely cooked and soggy. My bun was soggy also barely grilled at all. Ever since you remodeled the Cranston Chelo’s it’s more of a bar than a restaurant

11 friends and I celebrated a birthday tonight (6/20/25) in the banquet room. Melissa was our server -she was INCREDIBLE -very friendly, pleasant, and attentive. Food was delicious.

I ordered the chicken finger salad. I received a bunch of lettuce with four grape tomatoes on it four cucumbers, and some onions thrown on it. This is a $15 salad and it's terrible they should be ashamed to serve it.

The new summer menu is fantastic and fresh. Try the chopped chipotle salad with the chipotle ranch dressing. Crisp, sweet with some heat. Perfect on a summer day

Waitress brought a another salad for me than the one I ordered, but I was too hungry to send it back. Otherwise, everything was great.

Food and service were both outstanding. We been going to Chelo's every Friday in Lent and they have disappointed us. Thank you !

Waitress Jamie and food server Joseph were professional and attentive. Great staff, excellent meal. My wife and I will be visiting for another meal.

Some people were very nasty. Coughing like with a cold . Instead of getting up and going to the bathroom. It make others feel disgusting about the food and place

It was Valentine's Day, and the restaurant was very crowded, as expected! We had made a reservation on Open Table and we were seated promptly! Our waitress Dee, was so personable and did not rush us at all. She took our drink and app order and gave us plenty of time to enjoy before bringing out dinner. Everything was hot and cooked to order. We love Chelo's food and staff!

Tyler was great as our Valentine's Day server. The music playing was pretty loud in dining room which made conversation challenging. Food was served hot. Average quality and reasonable prices.

Great place great food! The Prime rib on Saturday is so good! Everybody at Chelo's is very nice!

AWFUL!! Ordered 2 appetizers for takeout, nachos and the appetizer combination. Nachos were burnt, asked for buffalo wings and received tenders instead and the potato skins were dry and old.This place has definitely gone downhill.
