From the moment we walked into Circe Prime, we knew we were in for something special. The ambiance was elegant yet welcoming, and the service was outstanding from start to finish.

Our server, DJ, was an absolute gem—knowledgeable, attentive, and incredibly warm. She recommended the Flat Iron Wagyu Steak with toasted carrots, and it was easily one of the best meals I’ve had in recent memory. The steak was perfectly cooked, incredibly tender, and bursting with flavor, while the toasted carrots added the perfect touch of sweetness and texture.

Every aspect of the experience felt thoughtful and high-end without being pretentious. We will absolutely be back, and we’ll be asking for DJ again! Highly recommend Circe Prime to anyone looking for a top-tier dining experience.

Saturday night dinner with friends . Perfect from start to finish . Italian dumplings prosciutto roll delicious, both recommended by our waiter. Steaks were cooked perfectly and well seasoned . Service was awesome and professional (Jason) . We will be back and ask for him .

Our experience did not start out great and there were a few hiccups along the way but our waitress Jess G made it an extremely enjoyable experience in the end.

We just had our daughters baby shower at Circe Prime and they did a beautiful job! The food and the service was excellent! We had the shower in the event room downstairs called Wine Salon 1 and the room looked so nice as well! Highly recommend!

I own a restaurant consulting firm for 30 years. This is a brand new multimillion dollar business and they are skimping on staff because I spent 20 minutes trying to call to see if their bar was showing the hockey game and also to ask where their menu is online. NOBODY ANSWERED FOR 20 minutes. So I called back and connected to the function office and of course they answered that. Not going to turn away a private party. I told the sales person what happened and then the restaurant staff tried calling me several times. Sorry but too late, you lost me as a customer. I miss Chapel Grille already

Dine at Circe Prime Steakhouse, formerly Chapel Grill, for a superior culinary experience. Enjoy exceptional service provided by Paxton. The decor is refined. Every seat offers a fantastic view, and the bar is absolutely stunning.

We tried this place out last Thursday during their soft opening. Everything was spectacular. We started with the Italian dumplings and split an Italian wedge salad. The dumplings had to be one of the top 10 appetizers I've ever had. They are stuffed with ground sausage and peppers. Being that is a steak house, I had to try a steak. I had the filet au poivre. It was cooked perfectly, and the sauce was on point. It came with delicious French fries, but we had to order a side of potato pave, an au gratin style potato, that was out of this world because we can never have too many carbs. My husband ordered an orecchiette pasta dish that had a sausage and either kale, spinach or broccoli in a creamy sauce. I can't recall exactly but it was a green vegetable, and it doesn't matter because I would try that again in a heartbeat. Lastly, we finished with the olive oil rosemary cake with vanilla ice cream. The only negative thing I can say about the whole meal is that the cake was a little too dry/crumbly for me, but the flavor was still outstanding. We will definitely be back.
