I'm guessing the staff is seasonal, hiring high schoolers?
But this young man was obviously high on something. I asked a couple of questions, he did not know the answers too. (Very basic btw). Flavors , size ect
I asked if he could inquire with another employee and find out, he started giggling. And gave me a blank stare. At the end of the transaction he was having trouble cashing us out, again he thought this was funny.
Very disappointing visit. Customer service was HORRIBLE!!

The best ice cream in Rhode Island. The others are imitation.

Pre ordered so I didn't have to wait so also pre paid a tip but when I went to pick up, my order was not ready due to cashier flirting with another customer, then when finally received my order it was in a dirty bag with no utensils

Recently had a fantastic customer service experience here. Highly recommend this location.

We waited in line for a bit behind a group with a large order and only one person making the orders. When we finally got to the front of the line (around 7:30) I asked for the dairy free silk shake. He said they don’t have any. Then I asked for a coffee shake. Now he said they are out of milk. Without a care. How can a creamery be out of milk? Would’ve been nice to know they were out of major options prior to waiting. The girl in front of my was also looking to buy the silk almond mild shake and left empty handed. Poor service

My favorite Ice-cream place. However, I had an unpleasant experience with the girl who provided us service. She was making fun of my brother English accent because he couldn't pronounce the name of Ice-cream correctly. I told her that's not nice and lack of respect for customers.

I usually don’t leave reviews. But it’s the second time I come to this place at 8pm and they literally cleaning everything like if they’re closing. They close at 10 today and they didn’t have NO cones everything cleaned if they’re closing. Also no chocolate ice cream. The other night I went and it was the same thing. I used to go every week there and even if they’re closing the used to get the customers what they wanted. I don’t see how its 8pm, they closed at 10pm and they don’t have anything there. Not even on summer time this happened.

There was literally no one here. Waited and waited for someone to show up and no one did. I finally just left. They’re honestly lucky they didn’t get robbed.

There was a good size line place isn't big. Service was friendly ice cream was real good specifically the Cotton Candy flavor. We brought ice cream home as we started to eat our waffle bowls they tasted weird and salty to late to return

horrible service and questionable ice cream. whipped cream tasted extremely sour and when i asked why the workers stayed quiet.

Absolute rip-off has nothing to do with the people working there it's the company itself. $8 shake it's literally about a half a cup of liquid
