My family tried takeout from this neighborhood restaurant for the first time last night. The food was across the board delicious. We had the meatball sandwich, the tuna melt, the short ribs, garlic bread and caesar salad. The meatballs were very tasty, had the right texture and the marinara was fresh tasting and perfectly seasoned. We are Italian so we are fussy about meatballs and sauce!We will definitely be back to try some new dishes but we don't get takeout again because...
Culinary Affair a smallish modest Italian eatery whose food is anything but modest. We had ziti with meatballs in a red sauce and an order of grilled scrod with a bean pasta side. Both dishes came with a side garden salad. The salad was crispy fresh with the sweetest cherry tomatoes. The pasta was just right and, most amazing, they were not stingy with the sauce.
