The shift leader had a very poor attitude. I had to change my order because the BOGO coupon only applied to certain items. I apologized and asked for the refund and to reorder and she stormed off before she could come back and take my order. I asked for confirmation of the refund because she never had me reinsert my card and she was very rude.

The girl with the blue hair horrible customer service ,bread was stale,and she also blue dye all over her neck ,didn't seem the cleanest either ,couldn't finish sandwich cause it was falling apart ,then ask if they can toast and they looked at each other and said lwt the kid mopping g the floor take care of me smh ,and honestly he had way better customer service then the other 2 there today

Clerk/server must learn the art of initiating (humbly) recommendations for the new customers and senior population. *No your products well as possible. Sometimes the Senior community need the assistance. Other than this the visit was satisfactory.
Vegetarian options: Offer steak sauce on the vegetarian wrap ? Steak sauce is made of prunes. It's a vegetarian condiment option.
