It was March 13 at 9:50 when I ordered a plain bagel with butter the lady making My bagel while my bagel was in the toaster went to do the trash. I asked her kindly excuse me, Ms lady did you just grab my bagel with those Gloves she yelled to the lady at the cash register in frustration. Can you do this man’s bagel. As if I was a problem? While waiting for my bagel, the dude next to me said she has an attitude problem. She called the cops on me last week. Something needs to be looked into

This dunkin is actually terrible. The door takes forever to come out and when it does it’s cold AND BURNT. How can you mess up a bagel so badly?? also there’s always fights on there since it’s next to the high school and the management is TERRIBLEEEEE. the new manager there, he’s big with long black hair in a bun…. he’s horrible to the servers and the people as well. DONT GO THERE. there’s a better dunkin up the street and has faster food. never coming back again also REMOVE THE MANAGER.

The rule at this Duncan is the servers must take care of online orders before counter so you sometimes have to wait a half hour for service. Very bad. Not servers fault.

Waited 10 minutes for my online order when it was already done but behind the counter and not in the pickup area
Everytime I go to this dunkin some part of my order is made wrong. One time someone legitimately forgot to put coffee in my coffee. Today I ordered a wrap, but was charged for a sandwich. If I wanted a sandwhich I would have ordered one. 5 people on the line you'd expect things to move efficiently but they move at a snails pace. Don't recommend this one unless you're desperate.

Loud people arguing, service was slow and the manager stopped to check in on things in pajamas!!!!!!!!......Besides all of that , which should be enough, the jelly stick that I ordered was literally filled a quarter of the way on each side... The rest empty as a plain donut stick. Of course no one went back to complain. That's how you know a business is in trouble. When they screw u on the jelly and the manager doesn't give a ..... to go into work dressed properly

The owner of this place is a sad excuse for a man he treats his second shift an over night shift like dirt he comes in at random times to start slamming chairs around I feel sorry for the woman who married this man she must be miserable everyday hopefully he goes bankrupt an ends up on the street then maybe he will learn to not treat people like dirt
