New owners, staff and atmosphere is great, new manager keeps things clean and keeps a great staff working well. Pick up orders are correct and sandwiches are not thrown together.

I went in the store to order my coffee at around 9:30ish, I had to leave. There was this girl with red hair that was yelling how she’s busy and has no time for this. I think that is completely unacceptable. She should not be working here.

They’re not closed they just reopened and I sat in a 20 minute line only to get to the speaker and watch 5 staff members run out side and all vape and smoke there’s 1 kid running and working inside ? No one took my order . For 10 minutes I sat at the speaker with no cars in front of me and no one took my order while 5 staff members all older sat outside and were on break , absolutely pathetic . Also I love how there a communist sticker posted on their speaker it’s great they barley even tried to remove it this is disgusting fire everyone and just hire a new staff it’s brand new Dunkin and this is how it’s starting off
It was March 13 at 9:50 when I ordered a plain bagel with butter the lady making My bagel while my bagel was in the toaster went to do the trash. I asked her kindly excuse me, Ms lady did you just grab my bagel with those Gloves she yelled to the lady at the cash register in frustration. Can you do this man’s bagel. As if I was a problem? While waiting for my bagel, the dude next to me said she has an attitude problem. She called the cops on me last week. Something needs to be looked into

This dunkin is actually terrible. The door takes forever to come out and when it does it’s cold AND BURNT. How can you mess up a bagel so badly?? also there’s always fights on there since it’s next to the high school and the management is TERRIBLEEEEE. the new manager there, he’s big with long black hair in a bun…. he’s horrible to the servers and the people as well. DONT GO THERE. there’s a better dunkin up the street and has faster food. never coming back again also REMOVE THE MANAGER.

this is the nastiest dunkin ive ever been to and it took me forever to get my food and it was cold and the drink was watery and bland. when i went to the manager he gave me the worst attitude i’ve ever seen. he was shirt tempered and rude. if you don’t want to work then don’t be there it’s like they make anyone a manager these days i am going to be writing a VERY lengthy email to HR
