I am extremely disappointed with my experience today. One of the employees disrespected my husband for the third time. Today's incident was particularly disheartening. During our first encounter, he made a pot of coffee that tasted stale. When we requested a remake, the process took so long that we ultimately had to leave for work without our coffee. The second incident occurred on October 10, 2025, at 5:02 a.m. We ordered coffee online, but upon arriving at the store, we found that our order had not been prepared. After waiting for approximately 10 to 15 minutes, the employee prioritized walk-in customers and ignored us. When we inquired about our online order, his response was, “Can you see I’m busy?”—a response that I found to be quite disrespectful. Today's encounter was the final straw. We once again ordered coffee online, and my husband overheard the employee making derogatory remarks about him. My husband subsequently reported the situation to the manager. We have been loyal patrons of this Dunkin' location for a long time, but the behavior of this employee has made our visits increasingly unpleasant. Such treatment, especially before starting our day, is unacceptable. Consequently, we have decided not to return to this Dunkin' again.

I know we no longer can speak the truth as people hate the truth but they should close this store as the owner and the staff he or she hires is a Big fall short to this City. They hire zero professional that speak like they come from a street corner and the second shift boy the health department should close them down like a year ago.. Awful. The staff are rude, they cannot handle when it is busy, and they treat each customer like they are an inconvenience. The point of Dunkin is to get drinks and food, and the staff make it seem like you’re awful for wanting it? And it’s even worse if they your order wrong (which they will). When you want it corrected, they act like you’re the unreasonable one. Would not recommend going here. Would not recommend ordering from here on DoorDash or any other food delivery services, either. If you’ve reported an order as incorrect through the services before so you can get your money back, which you have to do EVERY time you order, they’ll stop fulfilling your orders in the future. The manager will read the reviews and remember your name and literally instruct the staff not to fulfill an order. As if the customer is in the wrong for wanting what they pay for to be correct? Ridiculous and unacceptable. That Dunkin store is so poorly staffed and managed, it is a shame to see them representing the brand Dunkin at all. If you can, go to any other Dunkin, not worth your time or money to go to this one where you will be treated poorly, and be given an incorrect order.

This is the worst establishment I have seen run. There were more people walking out disgusted than people who were waiting to be served. The employees were slow, and totally unorganized. If I was ever to go to another Dunkin' Donuts, it wouldn't be this one. Avoid this place unless you have 20 minutes to wait in line before they even take your order.

Mornings are always busy here. I'd recommend ordering around noon / afternoon. The food isn't the best, tastes like the machine needs to be replaced. Most of the time the coffee is excellent, then others... not so much. Always understaffed which stinks. If you're in a rush and want to run on Dunkin, don't go here. If you roll out of bed at 1 o'clock in the afternoon on a Saturday, then this place is for you :)

Ordered 2 signature lattes through mobile order, which the sticker clearly shows. Was charged for 2 signature lattes and the picture below is what I got. There is no whip cream, no drizzle, no toppings like there are supposed to be. Unfortunately my daughter picked up the order and didn’t realize they were not made correctly.
