Mornings are always busy here. I'd recommend ordering around noon / afternoon. The food isn't the best, tastes like the machine needs to be replaced. Most of the time the coffee is excellent, then others... not so much. Always understaffed which stinks. If you're in a rush and want to run on Dunkin, don't go here. If you roll out of bed at 1 o'clock in the afternoon on a Saturday, then this place is for you :)

Ordered 2 signature lattes through mobile order, which the sticker clearly shows. Was charged for 2 signature lattes and the picture below is what I got. There is no whip cream, no drizzle, no toppings like there are supposed to be. Unfortunately my daughter picked up the order and didn’t realize they were not made correctly.

Be careful with this location. Always ask for your receipt because they charge more than you order. I bought 1 coffee and they charged my card almost 10 dollars.

Very rude manager. Degrading staff acting like a drill sergeant in front of customers and also had the audacity to tell me to yell down to staff i want it in a hot cup after i told the cashier. So take it out on a paying customer. Not to mention calling everyone darling.

Very rude and disrespectful.The card machine was being worked on.I only had credit card.I come in every morning for coffee.I said just give me the coffee and I'll pay you in the morning.The girl looked at me like garbage and said I can't do that and started mumbling under her breath.I will be going to reservoir Ave from today on. Not to mention I have gotten sick from the coffee there twice before as well.I do not recommend this place. They don't appreciate their customers.

Went on 4/28/22 was cut in line and food was cold lady just put food on counter never told me saw was just sitting waiting. Then I had to ask her if that was my food. She never apologized or said thank you and did everyone order in front of my order and all I ordered was a snack bacon. Felt we racism.
