This place is the worse one. Their customer service is horrible. Food is terrible. If seem like this people don’t want to work. Never ever go there again.

This review is for all the dunkins when i get jelly donuts or jelly munchkins i expect jelly in them over the last few years its slowley been less and less like come on man thats messed up jelly cant cost that much.

Asked for a holiday latte and they were out. But Matthew gave me other options for a replacement and I was happy he did offer me other deinks.he had an amazing personality and was super nice. You don't get this often , I hope he knows he's doing great

Don’t try and get a cheddar bagel twist from here it’ll never happen. They never have them made. They are always out of something. This used to be the best around. in the past three months They are always out of something

They get everything done in a timely manner every visit I came even if there is a line in the drive through they work through it quicker than other Dunkin’s. Also they are the only one that listens and makes my food correctly

The young man, That help me This morning was pleasant,.. the maple bacon sandwich was very tasty and very delicious data received this morning.. I truly enjoyed it .
I ordered a hot large late and they served me an ice cold coffee on a hot cup like if I wasn’t going to notice, I notice Immediately and asked to be remade just for them to serve me a regular coffee as I don’t know the difference between espresso and regular coffee and then I asked for a refund since they clearly can make my coffee and they couldn’t even do that so I have to leave without my coffee and my money the worst experience ever. I hate people trying to assume I am stupid and don’t know the difference between a coffee I know what I like and that’s why I order it.

A great experience for me for a quick bite either dining in or take out it's always a pleasure & the staff are truly great as well as helpful & watching them work , well, you can see they're truly trying to please their customers & will try their best to do so. Yes, I do recommend stopping by if you're in that area?
Dietary restrictions: There's signs posted telling customers about certain allergies,-& if they have these allergies, what NOT to order is posted.
Parking: No problems at all day or nights yet parking in back is private & nicer ?.
Kid-friendliness: There's children there many times with parents & they're enjoying their food & time out with the family is what I've seen.?
Wheelchair accessibility: There's wheelchair accessibility yet the doors, you can get the chair up yet the doors don't automatically open ,& you've need to pull them open to get in, & I've had staff come out quickly to assist me even at their busiest hours so I'm not certain how to answer except to place these words here, th The doors do not automatically open yet the restroom is quite large. This Dunkin Donuts happens to be a small building so this may be the reason yet there's good quick service & everything's made to order & if it's supposed to be hot, it's hot, if cold, it's cold & you'll enjoy your short visit!!!

This place makes me lose my appetite every time I go buy from them they are very rude and always give me the wrong order. They made me pay for a whole new reorder time and time again after they mistakenly took my order something as simple as a chocolate frosted donut w chocolate sprinkles or forgetting caramel swirl in an ice coffee. They made me pay for a new breakfast wrap after giving me the wrong one. And the attitude that’s given to me when I tell them they have the order wrong is unbelievable. This store needs better customer service. Yesterday I threw my whole order away because they got everything wrong. I’m fed up with Dunkin’ Donuts the quality of food and the customer service. They don’t even wash the spoon to mix your Coffee they use the same spoon for every flavor and you can taste it in your coffee it’s horrible. I just can’t any more .. ?
