I get you are busy but this happens everyday almost everywhere I tend too get the maple bacon sandwich I always ask for extra egg and I’m paying extra for that. Just too get one egg whatever Dunkin so tired of paying extra for something that’s not made extra

I've been living in Rhode Island for 20+ years. This Dunkin is in my top 3 DD's as far as service, food, and atmosphere go. Now while I see the other reviews mention the night crew being not so good, every experience I've ever had here centering around 8-10am have been nothing but flawless. The staff look and sound happy, the orders were all correct and cooked, the locale clean and spacious and new. Keep it up, bob! (i think thats the owner)

Been going to this Dunkin for years ! For some reason not only they don’t turn the sign on at night time this is every night since i drive by to go home, and today 8/23/25 while on drive thru at 753pm was told that they were closing in a few minutes!? So they did not take my order! I thought they closed later on the website says closes at 10pm. If not, they should update their hours!

Since 2020 Ive been coming to this Dunkin Donuts And throughout the years its getting better and better with staff, appearances and its quality of Coffee and Food!! Hands down the BEST Croissants any Dunkin has. They are fresh, Fluffy have a buttery taste just like Starbucks Croissants! The owner/manager is there is a high spirit good looking Fella, always with a smile in his face and welcoming! All staff are awesome as well on a daily basis. My Fav Dunkin by far in RI

I have given this store more chances then I should have. Night staff is unbelievable. Coffee is always wrong and food is never cooked! Lazy and rude. Day crew is alright but the night crew ..... Wish management was there to check on these people.

Most horrible Dunkin donuts around I live around the corner now for 6 months and have not got one good coffee from this place and when I asked them to remake my coffee I get attitudes and the coffee comes out even worse the second time if you are a avid coffee drinker please don't go to this one and waste your money

This past month, everytime I order food here everything especially the eggs, tastes like chlorine.. it even seems heavily of chlorine which is just so weird and gross to me. We used to go here all the time but I just can’t get over the chemical smell lately..
