Dunkin'

I usually love this branch but recently it’s been going downhill. First, I placed an order for hashbrowns with no bacon, as I am allergic to, but when the server called Kayla added bacon. It was a minor mistake and I told her that I cannot eat bacon, then she proceeded to take off the bacon from the food and throw it out. I am allergic. I stated that I cannot eat bacon or anything that touches it so she proceeded to make it and walked away saying “I’m not doing this today” under her breath. Later when I was in the car eating a grill cheese that I ordered, a literal piece of WRAPPING PAPER was still on the cheese. I went back in and told another worker that was much nicer about it and she continued to remake the grilled cheese. Kayla was on the other side of the branch and said out loud “ I was the one who made the sandwich what’s wrong with it” she left a very bad attitude and said oh instead of simply saying sorry. She was stating that mistakes happen but then lied about saying sorry.

They literally smashed or hasbrowns into a ball in the bag. Burned our sandwiches. And shorted us donuts in our box and didn't even say anything when we picked it up, so overcharged us. Oh and gave us hot coffees instead of ice.

I order the same thing every time and I would say 1 out 5 visits a week do they get it right. Frozen coffee with mocha. They don't always put the mocha in. If you can't see it in the cup it's not there.

Walked in at 8:54 pm for coffee only. Online, App & door all say closing time is 9:00 pm. I was turned away and told they were closed already and she forgot to lock the door.

I came here with my uncle and partner I paid for my coffee and then we had to pay $1.08 for a small water then we left and we came back because we came for more coffee and I was short five cents and the employee wouldn’t let me go although earlier i had left extra change and explained I am a regular customer who comes here every single solitary day and there is no reason to not let someone go over five pennies and
To top it off charging me 1.08 for a small water is ridiculous I would like to speak to a manager about this situation. I was trying to explain to the cashier. I am here every single day that I could bring the five and another time, but they told me that is not possible. She told me she is new and had attitude.

There’s one worker, older, dark straight hair, who is always rude no matter how nice I am to her. She doesn’t care about serving the food correctly. I keep giving this place a chance but I refuse to go back unless she’s talked to about her attitude.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is highly unprofessional there is one employee who thinks she runs the location that is always screaming extremely rude and is discriminatory towards people with disabilities while she cleans the dinning room she complains of the mess and calls customers disgusting as people are still in the dinning room I would highly suggest that you don’t waste your time or energy here

Idk who the old lady is at night...skinny....she's extremely rude and smart with her mouth ...I came in 45 min b4 close and she stated to her co worker we are literally about to close so i could hear...no mam ur are not ! And said who even drinks coffee this late ! Took everything in me not to say something ! Good luck i will never be here again !

My daughter and I stopped in for a coffee and bagel after Christmas shopping and from the moment we walked up to the cashier she was rude. After looking at my daughter and saying “Wow what is wrong with this “ the cashier told me to say it to her face then proceeded to tell me if I kept saying how upset I was with her service that I would have to go outside. The entire staff was awful. I visit a Dunkin every single day and this was by far unacceptable! If you don’t have customer service skills don’t work with the public. She stated to me that she was 19 and upset because she had to close. That was her excuse for being rude! Not going to this location ever again.

The bacon is always crispy, the ladies behind the counter are always so nice. I'm sure the guys are nice too but it's mostly women working at 7am. Real local coffee shop vibes
