Told the person what kind of muffin i wanted he put it in the bag so fast I didn't see which one he grabbed but dummy me I didn't check before leaving of course it was the wrong one but on top of that the thing was so stale I couldn't eat it anyway I will not be going to this one again

Every time I come to this one something gets messed up they charged me extra for cold foam, which I didnāt get but then puts on the whip cream I did not want. But lattes get more expensive as time goes on.

I saw the Manager making sandwiches with gloves on but constantly on her phone without changing gloves. That's cross contamination. That's disgusting. Probably wear the same gloves all day.
Ordered my kids a 10 count of assorted munchkins get them get home, all glazed. They didnāt tell me they only had glaze, they didnāt ask if that was okay nothing. Called to see yk why they didnāt tell me before just giving me 10 glazed munchkins. Someone named āTroyā answered the phone sounding stoned out of his mind he didnāt even have an answer for me, tried to not give me his name after asking multiple times. Telling me oh heās pretty sure they told me as if I was not just there? Honestly could have went down the road a mile to a different Dunkin for munchkins my children would have actually enjoyed. No sorry for the inconvenience, when you hire teeny boppers maybe try teaching them a little hospitality or customer service before they start answering phones

I come here every morning and order online. I always have my cooked food first (Bacon egg and cheese) but I have to wait 10-15 mins for the DONUTS. Almost every single morning. I have to leave early for work just to make up for them being slow to get donuts. And then thereās times where they just donāt even put the right donuts in there. Food isā¦well itās dunkin but they take so long. The are also very inconsistent with their food. Sometimes overcooked, sometimes not, sometimes barely cooked

One of the employees here steals credit card numbers. My elderly mother lives nearby and ONLY goes to this dunkin with her credit card. She does not use it anywhere else. Even after her new card from citizens was issued it happened again. There were transactions throughout Cranston and Warwick. If you want to still go here use cash!!!
