We visited the shop and the owner of the shop was AWSOME!!!! The cheese we tried were out of this world. We left with 3 kinds of cheeses and bread and meats. Will definitely be going back. 😋
Let me start by saying every town should have a cheese shop but, since they don’t, i would recommend a visit to Edgewood cheese shop. Talk with owners behind the counter and talk about your likes and dislikes and they are sure to find something new that you will love.
As a former Boar's Head Certified cheesemonger, Edgewood Cheese Shop is the best Cheese store I've ever been to. Cheese is rare and taste great! The owner is an absolute delight, really knows his stuff, and is enjoyable to be around. Feels like a real staple in the community. Highly recommend.
Also, I watched someone say they left without the product they paid for and he, the owner, without hesitation handed the product over for free.
