Firehouse Subs Chapel View

My husband and I LOVE firehouse. We drive from CT every few months to get subs. We had one in CT but they went out of business. The customer service here is HORRIBLE. They always used to yell....WELCOME TO FIREHOUSE!! They NEVER do that anymore. No hello. No smile. NOTHING. So sad for a business that his employees ruin it for customers. It makes me not want to go in there anymore. Literally everytime I've gone in there, the employees are SO damn snotty. They ignore you when you walk in, and they stare at you when they take your order as if they are annoyed that they have to wait on you. UNBELIEVABLE!! Employees make your business what it is. And if you allow nasty employees to run your business and put it in the toilet, then that's on you. This one girl who's ALWAYS there taking is orders is so nasty. Dirty looks and no hello EVERY TIME. And to the owner of this place, DO BETTER!!! These employees are ruining your business!

The food at this place is very good, but the service is terrible. There's a young woman who works there and she's always completely out of line, extremely disrespectful. It's a real shame because the food is excellent, but it makes going there very uncomfortable because she's disrespectful and even laughs at the customers. I don't think this is the kind of place for this kind of behavior. Once again, very unfortunate.

Drove over an hour to come to this location said they're open until 9 pm I got there at 8 pm and they were closed. ? Update your hours if your gonna close early

Scam artists. Accidentally canceled an order less than 5 seconds after it was placed. They told uber the food was already made and continued to charge me. Straight scam

Worst food ever came on 7/24/25 had 3 large steak and cheese subs with 3 sodas and 3 bags of chips 75$! Absolutely disgusting chopped steak was awful . Wouldn’t recommend!!!!

AMAZING. My first time and favorite time going. Food was delicious and service was fast. Staff was friendly and I love my pickle bucket. Highly recommend their turkey bacon lettuce sandwich on garlic bread. (Adding some #7 hot sauce is nice touch)
