Order Large Cappuccino for my brother who is in a nursing home. I pay 50 ¢ more for no ice. Every time they still put ice in. I have to take out the ice and end up with a half of a cup. Today I told the Dasher to please make sure there was no ice in it. The person who made it got mad and said that we need to pray for that next time. My order was already charged for the extra $0.50. This is the third time in one month that this has happened. We will not be ordering for a while until they get better help.

I don't give out 5 stars too often, because 5 stars has to be earned; my overall experience has to be worthwhile.We came in for a quick lunch. When I was living in Florida, I would always crave Honey Dew and Willow Tree Chicken Salad. Now that I'm back in New England, I make an effort to go to a Honey Dew when I'm in my home state, Rhode Island. This location provided top notch customer service on my last visit with my family. I ordered a medium hot coffee with milk and sugar; perfection and fresh. A favorite menu item of mine is the Willow Tree Chicken Salad on a croissant with cheddar cheese; amazing as usual.Now the reason I gave them 5 stars was, they provided a bag and organized my items in an orderly fashion. We decided to stay and they brought out little paper plates to our table and asked us if we needed anything. The employees there were top notch customer service experts, they didn't have to do any of that; they greeted us when we first walked in and they said "have a great day" when we left. This transaction was all in a cheerful disposition; not common these days. The decor is your typical coffee shop; clean and cozy. Overall, definitely one of my fave HD's in Rhode Island.

Love the ice coffee! If you like your coffee with cream I suggest order extra cream when u get the large ice as the coffee is strong. I get a large ice extra cream regular sugar and its awesome.
If I could give it no stars I would. They were a franchise and didn't have anything on the menu that was advertised, the man making sandwiches with the glass was unbelievably disrespectful. Dunkin donuts is down the road, go the extra mile. Customer service was terrible and will ruin your day as well as the food was mediocre. Cumberland farms had better sandwiches.

The guy in the morning, he smokes right at the front door ,then comes in and never washes his hands ,he leaves the door open and the smoke comes in he is gross !!
