Small place, definitely need reservations, we made it for 2 people. The food is delicious, adult beverages very good. There is also bar seating, but reservations recommended.

Review: Iannuccilli Restaurant – Providence, RI (July 2025). TLDR: Absolutely worth the drive from Boston. Iannuccilli’s is a standout — easily on par with North End’s best, and in several ways, better. Yesterday, I drove 45 minutes from Boston to Providence for an early dinner at Iannuccilli Restaurant — and I’m already planning my return. This place was exceptional. I’d put it right alongside top-tier North End staples like Carmelina’s (my Boston favorite), and in some key respects, Iannuccilli’s outshines them. Let’s get specific: 🍝 Pasta: Perfectly al dente, with authentic, nuanced sauces. I sampled three and couldn’t pick a favorite. 🐔 Chicken Milanese: Crisp on the outside, juicy and tender inside — executed flawlessly. 🌭 Italian sausage: Hands down the best I’ve had in years — seasoned, rich, and satisfying. 🥦 Broccoli rabe: Possibly the best I’ve ever had — tender but with bite, and perfectly balanced. 🍽️ Portions: Generous. Bring your appetite. What really set Iannuccilli’s apart from even the best in Boston, though, was the menu variety, the refined yet comfortable ambiance (bubbly but not loud), and — maybe most notably — the genuinely excellent service. Attentive, warm, and professional without being fussy. I still plan to stand in line at Carmelina’s, and I’ll always love Mamma Maria and Daily Catch in the North End — they’re amazing and absolutely worth the visit. But Iannuccilli’s? It’s earned a spot in that same conversation. In fact, it’s earned a repeat drive. So good. So worth it.

Baffled. It's rated good, 208 reviews. I had a feeling but thought, it's gotta be good. If you want to feel like you're at a college party, go here. So noisy that I almost left before the food came. Server asked what we wanted for drinks, but had no menu's, we were the 1st people in the restaurant. No manager or owner came over, to say hello. A group of women behind the bar obviously was more important than talking with the first customers. As soon as we sat down, the host said, "This table is reserved for 7pm." A fish special that was in a half bowl of liquid, so it was mush, tiny piece of fish, no flavor. Then a pasta dish with vodka sauce, no sauce, dry, and 2 whole pieces of boneless chicken breast laid on top of the pasta, dry as a bone. Sorry, there's way too many places that are much better than this, too bad. Must be family, friends and regulars leaving the 200 plus reviews for the last 30 years. Google reviews started in 2009, That's about 14 reviews a year, 1 a month. Not that good. Sorry guys.

Have 5 o’clock reservations upon being seated the waitress said we have this table reserved at 7 o’clock then too many very exclusive restaurants never have been told that before. The bread was not fresh. The menu was Very limited the service was not good and the food was just OK would not recommend also was very loud

My wife and i had dinner there with two of our friends. From the hostess to our server Kim were very friendly and welcoming! We were never rushed to order and never rushed to leave. My friend and i ordered the pappardelle alla bolognese Chef Nick did an amazing job it was absolutely delicious!! The potions were very generous! My wife and her friend had the gnocchi capuano again the portions were very generous and they both said it was delicious! We will definitely be back i highly recommend giving them a try!! Definitely make reservations as the restaurant is small but comfortable!

Our dinner at Iannuccilli’s was absolutely exceptional! The food was perfectly prepared and bursting with flavor. The service was superb—our waitress was attentive, kind, and genuinely personable. Nick Iannuccilli, the owner, took the time to visit our table, offering a warm and sincere welcome with a friendly chat. We highly recommend Iannuccilli’s Restaurant. The King is back! Thank you, Chef Nick!

I was in there last night when the owner came out yelling at all the employees, very unprofessional! I will not be returning due to the treatment of staff, food is just okay.
