Picked up my autumn harvest bowl tonight and opened it to find that it’s missing two out of its eight ingredients, the maple Brussels sprouts and roasted almonds. Beyond that, I nearly cracked a tooth on uncooked rice. Pretty disappointing overall, I’ll stick with Chipotle.

I love the food. I would always get it in NY and NJ and it has plenty of vegan options for me — but for whatever reason, any time I order it online it is NEVER the correct order (if I receive it at all). I did not have this issue with other locations, so I think it’s a store-specific issue that I hope they resolve.

Used to love this place. Really gross tonight, didn't even ask for money back, just trying to let someone know their kitchen messed up...unable to speak to a live person. Harvest bowl with uncooked rice. Meat all overcooked and chewy. Side bread stale. Super bummed, thought I found a good place finally

I had a good conversation with a worker about how the food is prepared, they get all their ingredients from local organic growers, everything you get is made there, even the sauces are made from ingredients they have in the restaurant. The chain was founded by three college students that wanted to encourage other students to eat healthier, so they made a healthy affordable restaurant. I wish I could give 10 stars to make up for everyone complaining about things out of the employee's control. The person that made my food was a delight, and even if they weren't smiling or making eye contact I would still give 5 stars because that has nothing to do with how my food tastes, which was absolutely delicious. I spent $13.61 for an enormous custom vegan bowl and a water. I will definitely be coming back.

The food is always delicious and fresh ingredients for a very reasonable price. When I had the salmon it was a bit overcooked but otherwise everything has been great! I usually place my order on the app and pick it up to go it is always ready within 15-20mins (evening hours). The restaurant and outside seating areas are always very clean.
Where do I begin? Don't bother. Don't waste your time or money. I've ordered 35x this year.... 5x was correct. The others... including today... not correct. Today was probably the worst order I have received. Nothing correct or fresh, dirty containers, this list goes on. Not a happy customer. I do not recommend. I tried to give them a chance, I've tried different meal options, it just got worse.

Come here often. Always a great experience and delicious - healthy - food. I looked at some of the other reviews, and was surprised. I’ve come here 20+ times and have never had a problem with anything. There’s rarely a line, and if there is it moves fast. The staff are kind and helpful. Love this place.

I walk in Garden City a lot and saw a sign outside their store advertising their caramelized garlic steak salad. It looked so good I went in to do takeout. My first impression was the person behind the counter made no eye contact and looked liked this was the last place they wanted to be at that time. They put the salad together again not speaking and I paid for it. When I got home the salad looked nothing like the picture outside their building on a big billboard. I paid $18.00 for a few tomatoes, broccoli, dried rice and the steak was small hard dry pieces. I tried a few pieces of the steak and it was so dry like it had been sitting there all day long. I wasted money as I threw all of it away. I will not go back there again.
