Giant Italian, Mike's Way no onions. Good go to sandwich. Very large portion and good value/bang for buck. Could split a giant with someone, better option than 2 regular subs.

I’ve gotten sandwiches from this location a handful of times. The last couple times were well below brand standards. Tonight, I ordered 4 sandwiches, chips and cookies. 3 of the sandwiches were original Italians, all ordered “Mikes Way” I watched the employee make the sandwiches and asked them if they made them mikes way because I didn’t see them add any of the things that are included. They assured me that they were - OK, maybe I missed it. Nah - lied to my face. Additionally, the bread was weird and the sandwiches barely had enough meat to cover the bread. I don’t mind paying a premium for good quality - probably won’t be back to this location.

Love this location and the crew they have. always making people laugh and have a good experience. 10/10. I always come for the steak and cheese but even with the grill down the crew held a positive attitude and suggested some of their favorite cold cuts.

My father went in around 6pm on September 19th. It wasn't busy, and there was no line. My order was a regular 56 no jalapeños add chipotle. Guess what? Yup. Jalapeños on my sandwich and no chipotle. My mother had an Italian wrap. They were out of olives and didn't put pickles on it. My Father claims they were all very rude and unpleasant the entire time. It's not the first time I had my own personal negative experience either, or heard cust9mers coming out complaining as I was walking inside, but I'll focus my attention to this one instance since it recently happened not even an hour ago. Make sure you hire a team holding the standards of your vision. Three different people, all nasty. I have been working in casual dining for over 15 years. I have experienced a lot of the ups and downs. But this is unacceptable. I could have done all three positions myself and still have been friendly to the customers while ensuring the orders were made correctly. The owner needs to speak with management and get this location up to par with the others. I won't be coming back, nor will my family members. Thanks for a horrible interaction and an unforgettable negative visit. Don't be sorry, just do better!

I've been to a lot of Jersey Mike's subs around the state of Rhode Island. This is by far the worst one I've ever been to!! The food I ordered was very sloppy and not exactly what I ordered and they did not provide me with everything that I ordered. I've always had a great experience at all the other locations except for this one please do not go here until they make changes permanent.

Had I wanted Hamburg I would have ordered it. I ordered Philly steak not hamburger, it was the worst sandwich I ever had you lost a good customer. Fix the problem never to return.
