Had I wanted Hamburg I would have ordered it. I ordered Philly steak not hamburger, it was the worst sandwich I ever had you lost a good customer. Fix the problem never to return.

The food was decent. The workers there were rude , rather talk then do their job. Don’t know how to follow directions when I ordered my sub asked for no tomatoes or provolone and add American cheese and bacon.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but I had to come out and say the woman working behind the counter was extremely rude, rushing through orders and giving several customers (not just us) major attitude. I am giving two stars as the man working behind the register made up for our bad experience with her. He was very nice, and even appeared apologetic towards the situation. If you don’t like a job, go elsewhere.

Went in tonight 7/3 at 8:30pm the bigger girl working was clearly mad that I walked in so close to closing time as they were already cleaning up. I get wanting to get out on time but the store closes at 9 not 830. As she was making my sandwiches she kept looking at the time and was in such a rush, one of them came out so sloppy there was more vegetables outside of the sandwich than in it. Next sandwich I ask for a California chicken cheese steak she throws steak on the grill so I ask her if that was for me because I said chicken, she tosses the steak and throws chicken on, when I get home the cheese steak has onions and peppers in it, not lettuce tomato Mayo like it was supposed to have. For the price and size of the sandwiches the service should be a lot better. I’ll avoid this location in the future.

Went here on 6/18 @ 8:25pm 35 minutes before closing. 3 young people working all were complaining about orders so late. 2 of 4 sandwiches were great. The 3rd had next to no turkey on it. And the 4th wasn't made till 15 minutes after we ordered and stood there and the one girl started complaining to the other why we were staring at her. They realized the steak n cheese was not on so made one in about 45 seconds. It was wet and nasty. These 3 people seemed to have no leadership. The one who was apparently a shif lead of some sort gave us 2 $2 off cards to make up for wasting 15 minutes of our time and listening to them complaining. Unacceptable.

The 3 employees were the most miserable I've ever experienced anywhere. Not a hello, not a smile no expression. I asked for tuna, she realized she had to make more and looked so aggravated, I told her nevermind and changed my sandwich. These kids are so stupid too, because when I paid I didn't tip them and I would bet no one will tips are based on personality. This particular store is known for having miserable employees. If I was the owner, I'd fire them all, hire & train what friendly service. Sandwiches were decent but we won't be back.

I have been coming here for years & have never had a problem, until today. I placed an online order & arrived a little before pick up time. I saw a man enter the building with a sandwich in his hand. Presuming he got the wrong sandwich, i walked in at that moment to ensure that it wasn’t my sandwich. Which it was. I walked in to one of the employees unwrapping the sandwich, specifically saying it was mine, wrapped it back up & put it in the bag. Then the cashier asked if i was picking up, i said “yes for Teresa” and they handed me a sandwich that was already given to someone else & taken out of the building! I asked if this was the sandwich the other customer just came back in with, and the cashier lied & said no. Thank god for the other customer who was in there during the whole thing & said “yes, that’s yours, they wrapped it right back up”. They remade my sandwich once they got caught, but of course they threw it together & it was made wrong. This is disgusting & i’m sure a health code violation. I will NOT be back.
Excellent customer service- Lindsay from the team more than made up for a problem with order. Will be ordering again for sure!

Went early in am. Slicers were dirty and stuff from prior was all over my provolone cheese. Person behind counter was not very pleasant and cut the regular smaller so I paid for a regular but the sandwich was smaller. Not very happy with this experience.
