Extremely disappointed in KFC Cranston. I ordered delivery yesterday. Although I live less than 2 miles from the establishment the fries arrived ice cold. The free 8 piece order of tenders were missing, somehow 2 of the 4 sauces made it though.
The capper was the chicken. It had a weird, sour taste, nothing like the KFC that I've always loved. I ended up tossing 4 breasts in the trash.
Never again.
I went today for the $20 fill up Deal (KFC’s $20 Fill Up™ has 8 pieces of Original Recipe®, Extra Crispy™, or Kentucky Grilled Chicken®, a large cole slaw, 4 biscuits and 2 large mashed potatoes and gravy).
The employees knew nothing about it and charged me 21.99, ripped me off $1.99!
To add insult to injury I got no breast white meat all thighs and no cole slaw!
Not happy! won't be back!
