Also echoing the sentiment that this location does not handle online orders very well. I ordered online, showed up at the specified time....nothing. They weren't even aware of my order, and didn't start making it until I asked them, five minutes after the pick-up time that the phone app gave me.
Other than that, they're decent. Ordering something in-person is fine, but don't order online / on the phone app, since they don't seem to use it here.

Ordered food through app and said it was ready for pickup, ended up waiting another 20min because nobody even made the food. While waiting for my food, 1/2 a dozen people left the line because of the absurd wait. Finally getting the food, there wasn't a single thing that was fresh besides the soda that came out of the machine. All of the chicken was cold and soggy, mac&cheese looks as if it sat out for hours. Didn't get any sauces. The employees were nothing but miserable and useless, getting paid to do everything but their job of simply making food. Avoid this location. Better off tearing the place down.

Walk up to a disgruntled worker who just looked at me and waited for me to tell it my order. Dark colored individual with wig, makeup 5 o'clock shadow and a deep voice. I won't even mention the shirt stuffed with socks or tissue? Shim needs counseling. Anyways I just came for biscuits. They were ok.

Came to grab lunch at this location. Ordered chicken fingers and two chicken little combos. Customer service was nice: But when I received my food I noticed a really awkward smell. Like a strong smell that maybe they cooked the food in bad oil. The stench was to strong that I couldn’t even eat the food. I tried the fry’s and they were overpowered by the smell. Nothing I ordered was edible. The food wasn’t fresh I can tell it was about a day or two old and they had just reheated it. The smell was so bad I couldn’t throw away the food in my house I had to throw it in the bin outside. Very disappointed and disgusting that they would even serve that to a customer to eat.

By far the worst kfc I've ever been to. The people who were making my food actually said to each other after one of the employees got done making mashed potatoes that "they weren't to good but not the worst ive ever seen but whatever I'd still sell them". I was the only customer in the store after 2 doordash orders and watched them walk away from making my order 5 different times. 2 items took them over 10 minutes. The woman who took my order was very nice though the only positive thing out of my kfc cranston experience. My opinion find another kfc location for your food.

This location has definitely been suffering. Seems like it's understaffed and taking in way too many online orders to the point that workers were complaining they can't see all of the orders on their screen because there are too many. Walk in service is a minimum of a 15 minute wait. Food quality is also suffering, meanwhile prices are as high as they have ever been.
The mac & cheese is extremely salty. Service was great. The inside looks unwelcoming.
