Been coming here for years. But im pretty sure our recent visit might be our last. Gave it the good old 3 times a charm but, but the 3rd time proved to be the nail on the coffin. Only dim sum placed left in RI and unfortunately its poorly run. Waitress who did the speak any english asked me 3 times on 3 different occasions what i ordered. Failed to bring us our correct order. But thats not the icing, our waitress gave us one of our orders, and came back 5 mins later while we were eating it, she proceeded to pick up our plate, take it back and 2 mins later brought back a smaller plate and noticed that she gave the plate that she TOOK from us and gave it to the patrons next to us. I was shocked. Talk about sanitary ?. I don’t want this to turn out as a book because of the whole experience. So just as a warning, prepare to use sign language, your order being wrong, or potentially get sick or worse, because your might be eating food off of the table next to you. Or even better, from the customers that recently left and they decided to reuse their left overs for your order. I don’t doubt it, my waitress seemed adamant on taking my left overs, and visibly upset, I didn’t leave it.I’ve been a big supporter of this business through the years but somewhere along the lines, lots have been lost in translation, sanitary compass being one of them. Food was mediocre and found alot of our dimsum uncooked and cold. Enter at your own risk

Now that Silver Crystal has closed, this is to my knowledge the only place for Dim Sum in little Rhody. The food is authentic and delicious. If you were a customer at the aforementioned SC, this menu is almost identical, down to the names of dishes. Several years ago, i believe they changed ownership, and I was happy to see them keep the food unchanged. Service for me has always been prompt and attentive. Some of my favorites are the dry beef chow fun, yang chow fried rice, baby bok choy with garlic, and beef brisket wonton noodle soup.

This place has great food, but the serve e is absolutely terrible, we ordered food and when we showed up to pick it up the bill was almost $50 more than what as on the menu. When we asked why, the guy said,"We raised our prices". He was beyond rude and treated my wife with disrespect. This happened on 8 February 2024. We will never order from them again and will tell as many people to avoid this place.

I’ve been coming here for years and I am completely disappointed by my server tonight. I had ordered the beef fried rice and was given plain fried rice. Now, I asked nicely if they could make the beef and just add it in or give it on the side and she told me no, she said to just leave my order the way it is. I have no words, just pure disappointment in the way she responded to me.

Ordered general Taos chicken combo and the middle of the chicken was freezing cold I told the waiter and he remade my order now the food came out and there where pieces of chicken that I bit into in my new order and some where still cold worst experience waist of 40 minutes . mind you the people behind me where chatting away and some one said they tested positive for COVID 19 terrible

Good food but don't come on a holiday. I came for new years eve and the staff didn't seem to even know their menu. Then they told us to order easy food. So we had to order just off the dinner specials. They did have a sign saying some menu items weren't available. But the waitress seemed confused what edamame even was and we had to point to things on the menu for her to understand. I didn't get any edamame in the end. And my shrimp in lobster sauce was cold. The rest of the food came hot and was good. I'd still recommend it.Highly recommend the sticky wings!

Very disapointed with meal. Chicken was unflavoraful and had dish mostly vegatables not meat. Soup had raw vegtables never had in same soup befote. Also, was given inaccurate information about tip amout.
