I’ve been going to this location for over 30 years, but ever since COVID, the quality has completely fallen apart. Every time I use the drive-thru, my order is either wrong or my instructions are completely ignored. I have a dairy allergy and always request no cheese, yet they rarely get it right. Most recently, I ordered a chicken combo and drove off with a hamburger combo instead—unacceptable.
When employees are making $17–$20 an hour, there’s no excuse for this level of carelessness. This place clearly needs better management. I really hope corporate pays attention to these reviews, because this location is failing its loyal customers.

Order 3 chicken strip meals (4 pieces) and a mocha frappe after they sent me to the waiting spot I wait for long time and when I got the order they brought 3 order of 3 strips each no fries I complained and the guy went in and never came back I got in and the manager was acting like I was lying I stay for half hour until he decided to give the rest of my meal.

I just don't understand why they ask me what sauce I want and then not put any sauce in the bag. This has been happening for years now. It's not just this location, but this is the one I typically go to. Not a big deal, I don't go often, but it's so weird to me.

Almost 80% of the time you go through the drive-through order and then drive home and find out that there are missing items from your order! Just tried to call the store and got a voicemail. This has been happening more and more frequently at the Resevoir Avenue location in Cranston! Extremely FRUSTRATING!! 😡

Hot fries and requested no onions on bacon double cheeseburger. Everything came out hot and as ordered. Was absolutely delicious and a fun treat!

This McDonald’s location is astonishingly good!
When I lived in the area, I was a frequent visitor to this McDonald’s. Although it’s not excellent, the food is the most consistent among all the local McDonald’s. It's located in Cranston and easily accessible from Warwick and Providence.
One thing I definitely appreciate at this location is that the hamburger buns are never dry or stale. I attribute this in part to the rapid turnover due to the location on busy Reservoir Avenue.
I usually stick with just the basic items, but just about anything off the menu here will be prepared to your satisfaction. The service is friendly, and it’s not in a dodgy area. You can’t really ask for too much more from a fast food place.
A+ highly recommend. Try the delicious fountain soda - you’ll be thanking me for years to come!
Went there last night — ordered two large fries and got what looked like smalls. Paid for three sweet and sour sauces and still had to ask for them. I don’t usually bother leaving reviews, but this keeps happening at this location. The fries were so laughably small I had to take a photo. Do better McDonald’s Reservoir!

I don’t expect fine dining service with fast food, but I don’t expect trashy and poor service either. I’ve worked fast food in the past at a few places so I try to empathize, but even during the busiest rushes we’d get I never saw anything like I see at this place. Constant attitude, things always missing from orders, wrong things placed into the order, the list goes on.
Today I ordered a combo meal (fries and drink) and a side of nuggets. They forgot the fries with the meal, it happens. I drive around again in the drive thru and let them know, they tell me to pull up to the window. A kid goes to walk my fries over to the window and hand it to me, and some fell out of the carton before he gets to the window. A coworker tells him to put more fries in since it looks empty now and he can’t hand it to me looking like that (not realizing I could hear them). The kid walks away from the window and comes back a second later with clearly the same amount of fries in the carton. On top of that, he didn’t even put it in a bag to hand it to me, just walked it over with no gloves on and reached out the window. It wasn’t worth it to argue so I took it and left because I already wasted so much time just to get an order corrected. I’m not settling for this place anymore.
