Ordered ahead on the app to pick up in drive thru. Arrived and app said it was ready. Was asked to pull over to wait for chicken nuggets. Then after a several minute additional wait, we were served absolutely awful, garbage, clearly old chicken nuggets. Not sure what we were waiting on, but those things weren't fresh.

So this is the first time I’ve been in this particular McDonalds in years because I never come by it but today I figured I’d stop in since it was on the way to where I was headed. Anyway it’s very clean and great service. Food was brought to my table and I was even asked if I needed anything else!

Just wanted to let people know how I was treated at this McDonald's today my wife and I were told even though we order through the app we were not getting our oder it was not breakfast time anymore even though the app took out order before breakfast was over the girl started to get loud and when I said she didn't need to have an attitude with me she replied don't have an attitude with her then she told me to go f myself she used the whole word I have been a customer there 40 plus years and that's the language they use totally unexeptable I have made complaints to the store and the head office never even got my money back that's theft I am going to every social media outlet I can to spread the news of how they treat paying customers at this location they hopefully will fire her on the spot after the investigation that type of verbal abuse is not to be tolerated just figure I would let you know the treatment your infor if you visit here keep your kids ears covered at this drive up
So went to drive thru for 1 quarter pounder meal and 2 happy meals- 6 piece chicken McNuggets, barbecue sauce, extra fries, no apple slices and two cokes! Went to second window to pick up and sodas were practically thrown at me and then I was asked to wait in the Drive Thru reserved space in parking lot!!No problem! Young man comes to car with food but having been here before I checked the order! Had to get out of my car and go in. Same young man cuts me off and asks if there was a problem! I explained that I ordered extra fries( not apple slices) and needed the barbecue sauce! He takes boxes back comes out and apologizes and hands them back to me! I checked yet again before I left and less than half filled fries and still no barbecue sauce! I didn’t mention the fries but had to ask for a third time for the barbecue sauce! Seriously! It should not be this hard! Nice enough young man but it was not busy there and I don’t think it was that hard of an order!

Overall this McDonald’s is better than most that are nearby. The service is good, they are prompt when it comes to bringing people’s food to them in their cars and there is usually no wait time at the counter but the best part of this McDonald’s is that the soda refills are free.
