I’ve been to this McDonald’s a couple of times and I can assure you that the wait time in the drive-through Is incredibly awful. It’s terrible to think that when you get to the window to grab your food they can’t even bother getting your order correct, Plus their employees are very rude since they love to shove the food and drinks in your hands so that you would leave quicker. If they bothered to take orders and make sure that what they’re handing out to the customer is all good and all their items are in the bag correctly, maybe then people wouldn’t complain about their customer service. They want to rush everyone’s order through the drive thru, but when the person gets their food it ends up being all wrong. I really hope corporate gets a hold of this McDonald’s because they are heading down a very steep road that I don’t think they will recover from unless something gets fixed.

Picked up food at drive thru. Ice cold burger and fries. Bread as hard as a rock. How hard is it to make sure food is fresh and warm!

The app never works, I've tried many times to use.....the manager gave me a customer care number to call....I called it....thought the problem was fixed 😕 nope.... The manager has a puss on her face and never honors the deals on the app I'll never go back again....I went to Burger King great deal and a smile 😁 Thanks Burger King for making my breakfast nice 😃

Came here tonight with my friend to get some quick food- we placed our orders and got in line, we proceeded to sit in line for 5 minutes which was fine- we THEN sat at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes, and waited for our food another 10! This resulted in the ice cream I ordered being all melty- fix your service! That long a wait is ridiculous!
What sucks is we always go here, but lately the customer service has been sub-par! if your staff can’t do simple tasks, they shouldn’t be working there! Plain and simple!
None of the electric outlets in the restaurant function. Ordered ahead to go get some work done and could not. Too late to cancel my order, so it was just a waste of time and money.

As a customer for over 10 years here, as of today, the 23rd. of January, 2025, this location just lost a regular and almost everyday customer for LIFE ! ! ! ! ! ! ! If I could give this location a negative 1,000, I will do just that ! ! ! The staff is mostly Spanish, which is fine, I have many employees and friends of the same decent. The problem at this location is they are simply RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL, and DON'T KNOW THE MOST IMPORTANT ASPECT OF A BUISNESS, THE CUSTOMER ! ! ! ! ! ! ! There is even an employee there, a Spanish lady with blonde hair that had the AUDACITY to call me a racist ! I'm half black and have Spanish employees and friends. You speak to the wrong person like that, they can sue you. To make matters worst, the store manager, Hope did absolutely nothing ! ! Then all of them starting speaking Spanish, talking about me I'm sure. So many other businesses that deserve our hard earn money, so start making the right choices on who we actually give our money to !
The word SORRY, wouldn't even cut it, that is how hurt I am on what happen today !
