I ordered a $6 meal, and they forgot to give me my burger. That's what I get for not checking it when I got it. I waited to get home to check it. 🤦 The numbers on the receipt were hard to read. It did not print legibly so I didn't bother to report it because I didn't have the proper info

i’m gonna be entirely honest, this entire establishment is one of the best mcdonald’s i’ve ever visited in my life. genuinely amazing staff (i time to time speak to them casually), and the food is prepared properly. compared to most mcdonald’s, they care about the quality of their iced coffees and how they put together food. other mcdonald’s i’ve been to are careless. such a genuine place to go hang out in after school.

I’ve been to this McDonald’s a couple of times and I can assure you that the wait time in the drive-through Is incredibly awful. It’s terrible to think that when you get to the window to grab your food they can’t even bother getting your order correct, Plus their employees are very rude since they love to shove the food and drinks in your hands so that you would leave quicker. If they bothered to take orders and make sure that what they’re handing out to the customer is all good and all their items are in the bag correctly, maybe then people wouldn’t complain about their customer service. They want to rush everyone’s order through the drive thru, but when the person gets their food it ends up being all wrong. I really hope corporate gets a hold of this McDonald’s because they are heading down a very steep road that I don’t think they will recover from unless something gets fixed.
