The app never works, I've tried many times to use.....the manager gave me a customer care number to call....I called it....thought the problem was fixed đ nope.... The manager has a puss on her face and never honors the deals on the app I'll never go back again....I went to Burger King great deal and a smile đ Thanks Burger King for making my breakfast nice đ

Came here tonight with my friend to get some quick food- we placed our orders and got in line, we proceeded to sit in line for 5 minutes which was fine- we THEN sat at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes, and waited for our food another 10! This resulted in the ice cream I ordered being all melty- fix your service! That long a wait is ridiculous!
What sucks is we always go here, but lately the customer service has been sub-par! if your staff canât do simple tasks, they shouldnât be working there! Plain and simple!
Will be avoiding this establishment for a while.

None of the electric outlets in the restaurant function. Ordered ahead to go get some work done and could not. Too late to cancel my order, so it was just a waste of time and money.

As a customer for over 10 years here, as of today, the 23rd. of January, 2025, this location just lost a regular and almost everyday customer for LIFE ! ! ! ! ! ! ! If I could give this location a negative 1,000, I will do just that ! ! ! The staff is mostly Spanish, which is fine, I have many employees and friends of the same decent. The problem at this location is they are simply RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL, and DON'T KNOW THE MOST IMPORTANT ASPECT OF A BUISNESS, THE CUSTOMER ! ! ! ! ! ! ! There is even an employee there, a Spanish lady with blonde hair that had the AUDACITY to call me a racist ! I'm half black and have Spanish employees and friends. You speak to the wrong person like that, they can sue you. To make matters worst, the store manager, Hope did absolutely nothing ! ! Then all of them starting speaking Spanish, talking about me I'm sure. So many other businesses that deserve our hard earn money, so start making the right choices on who we actually give our money to !
The word SORRY, wouldn't even cut it, that is how hurt I am on what happen today !

My wife and I just visited your 1820 Plainfield Pike - Cranston, RI location at 11:15pm and were told we couldn't purchase anything because the grill had already been cleaned, even though the location is supposed to be open until midnight. We drove 40 minutes to get there and after this experience, will probably never return to McDonalds regardless of us going there weekly in the past. The person also addressed us in a rude tone. If these kids don't want to work, don't hire them! Thank you for listening.

Food was good and fresh. Oil was changed recently as fries were perfect. Went through drive thru. Went quick.
I recently visited McDonald's and had a very disappointing experience. The service was incredibly slow, even though it wasn't busy. The staff seemed disinterested and unprofessional. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect and the food was cold. Overall, I would not recommend this location and will think twice before returning.

I came into this store looking for a fast lunch. What I did get was rude service from these so called managers. They gave me the wrong sandwich and once I returned with the receipt they told me to give them a second. Once they came back with my food they wouldnât give me the sandwich and was asked to leave. Would not recommend this store to anybody

The McDonald's in Coventry across from Center of New England is a dump and a dive with some of the dumbest people I have ever seen working there. You talk about a bunch of adolescent no minds that don't want to work. You can't understand them they slur their speech and they screwed the order up unbelievably. Then they stand there like a bunch of airheads not knowing what to do because I want a refund and I don't want anything from there. Try paying attention try listening try doing your job and maybe the place would be worth something.
