I walked in. Ordered a mcdouble with extra onions, pretty sure they charged for that. The burger looks inedible. No onions.. McDonald's is McDonald's. But these employees clearly do not care. Also, more expensive than others in the area. Obviously won't be back. Gross. Ugh.

This has to be one of the worst McDonalds in RI, even more so since the inside is not accessible. Never get order correct and when you call to complain they act like you are bothering them. Tonight I ordered a #2 w no onions. Opened it and it had onions on it and had no fries in bag. I was half way home when I called and the manager was bothered and offered me a free meal to shut me up. How about he address the idiots that work there.The definition of insanity: Doing the same thing over and over, expecting different results. Well I guess I am insane! Decided to grab a McMuffin Meal on the way to work. Shame on me for not checking it before leaving the drive thru. Got half way to work and the middle of the hash brown was still frozen. This job is idiot proof. Every piece of machinery has a timer that tells you when the food is done.....ZERO quality control.

Myself and the 3 cars behind me were all asked to pull in spots to wait for food that’s not how a drive through works my sandwiches were sloppily made with missing ingredients and the girl taking the order messed up my code and my 2 dollar beg Mac coupon disappeared I will never go back to this McDonald’

Spent $20 on two small fries two six-piece nuggets and 2 McDoubles just to go all the way home and there be no burgers in the bag. I went all the way back the lady told me it's because I didn't pay for McDoubles and I clearly showed her my receipt.... go to McDonald's in olneyville they said ?

The good.It is clean and nice for a McDonald's.The food that was made correctly was as good as most McDonald's.The bad.1. Ordered a triple cheeseburger and received one that came with two patties instead of one.2. Took it to the counter, and the staff all agreed a triple cheeseburger only meant triple cheese.3. Sat sown and started eating since I was very hungry.4. While eating, I looked at details of triple cheeseburger on the MD app, and it clearly shows 3 patties, which was my original argument.6. Took the burger back up partially eaten and showed Pic to the staff.5. Staff came back with 1 patty in a chicken nugget box.6. I asked directly, "Are you fu€£^$#÷ kidding me? Get me the manager." Meanwhile, the staff in the back were loud complaining that I ate some of the one I was given.7. The manager rectified it with a sandwich but had the attitude she did not have time for petty customers.I won't be visiting McDonald's by Walmart in Cranston again.

The lack of professionalism, cleanliness and care from the managers of this place is outrageous. The servers are young kids, they have little coordination but some try. Management is laughable as they have neglected their duty. With the exception of one woman shift manager. When she is there, the ordinance is exact.

The inside is very nice, with even a private area mostly separated from the noise of the front ordering/preparation. Very friendly folks and I would have given 5 stars, but they were out of everything we wanted on a Friday night about 8 pm! I could tell others were upset by this, too, as I watched from my seat folks ordering. Very clean place, though, too! In general, McDonald's has become very expensive. Just got a chicken sandwich there, and it was not that big and was nearly $6.00!
