“My husband and I dined here on New Year's Eve and I know we'llreturn! Ceviches is an amazing Peruvian restaurant which serves delicious, fresh ingredients in their food! Our waiter, Fabricio, was knowledgeable and polite in explaining the menu to us! My husband had the beef tips over rice and I had the combination seafood dinner! Both of our meals were beautifully seasoned!We split a Torta de Chocolate fordessert which was melt in your mouth good! Ceviches also had a great singer on New Year'sEve and that extra touch made our evening! We are so happy to have found this excellent place so close to home and look forward to our next visit! “Live right next door and finally made it here after reading some pretty good reviews and seeing barstools review. Ordered the AJ Dieci which was delicious. I do love my toppings a little more evenly distributed, but understand with certain ingredients that can be tough. Crust was thin but held up with a wonderful chew which I absolutely love! Will definitely be back!“
