One of my nostalgic places from when I was a child and it still the same a bit pricey though, but I still pay for it., but the weekend help sucks.

Parking: They have handicap parking

I ordered on DoorDash for pickup, since I work in the plaza. I arrived after the estimated time my order would be ready. I walked in and went to the counter since it said pickup. All of the employees stood around and glared at me. I stood there for a good 7-8 minutes before having to ask one of the employees making shakes if the food in the window was mine. The employee nodded and then returned to making the shake I had gotten. Directly after this more customers had came in behind me and received direct service, meanwhile I had to stand there without being greeted or asked if I was picking up? If I needed help? Etc. The overall experience made me very uncomfortable and it felt racially motivated considering I was the only one in the restaurant without fair skin. I work in food service myself and would never treat or want to make any customer feel as I felt today. Will it be returning or reordering ever again. The manager should really work on training their staff.

Local chain with comfort food & great ice cream. Service can be a tad slow sometimes though.

Parking: This place is located in a large mall, but parking immediately next to restaurant can be occasionally hard to find.

Michelle was such a lovely patient server! She really made our experience great. Food was just okay but it was classic diner food. Ice cream was great. Service was slow but we were pleasantly surprised to be compensated for some of it!

Ok good at ok prices. First, I think that the ice cream is very good and they have a large selection. This review is about the restaurant. It has a fairly large dining room but it can be crowded. I had breakfast on a weekday and it was about 2/3 full. I ordered eggs Benedict and I cannot recommend them the eggs were over cooked, the yolks were almost solid. The ham was a slice of real ham, the muffin was properly toasted and the sauce was canned but tasted ok. It was served with home fries that were nothing special. The orange was bottled but still pretty good. Overall a reasonable meal at a good price. Service was good and prices were quite low.

Good service and great ice cream.

I've been coming here on and off for years. The service is horrible. 1st stop calling the guest "GUYS" it was said so many times it beyond ridiculous. The order was incorrect, and the food was cold. I felt rushed to leave. I asked for potato salad, and the potatoes were undercooked. The back part of the restaurant smelt like a urine. Last I came, I paid at the registrar, so I went to pay. I waited a while just to be told "no you pay your server." she saw me there yet said nothing at all. I had to drag her down just to pay. I could have walked out.
