Absolutely the worst service consistently. This is because it is slow, not because they are impolite. Never ever go thru the drive thru unless you want to spend 30 minutes. Panera is considered a fast casual restaurant, not fast food, but they are not really cooking anything. We arrived today to dine in. Before asking what we wanted the cashier said “ just to let you know it’s going to be 15-20 minutes for any food”. For what? Asia Grille, Chelos, Shake Shack, Tavern in the Square can all deliver food in that timeframe. And they are actually cooking. Awful.

Customer service was horrible. The food was horrible. Call to complain and the lady hung up on me. I would definitely not recommend going to this place. That atmosphere was disgusting and it was dirty.

I tried their new bagel stackers. Delicious! Everything is very fresh and flavorful. Great pairing with tea. I need to try the other stackers. It's that good. It's a very popular place, so expect to wait a bit to get your order. If you do takeout, check it before you leave. They are so busy that sometimes they get your order wrong.

Tell me why I’ve been sitting in this drive thru line for 40 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me… this is the slowest place ever and takes them 3 plus minutes to take my order and I got a sandwich chips and a drink for $19…. Got a tuna sandwich and they barely put any tuna on it…Not worth it at all and it’s full of little kids who don’t know what they are doing.

I ordered the Avo and egg white breakfast sandwich. It says it comes with fresh avocado like the pictures shows but it only had about a teaspoon of avocado spread on it. False advertising.

Service: didn’t interact with front desk but order came quick enough Atmosphere: a highly disgruntled worker was slamming dishes, slamming tables, and muttering awful things about management. I was genuinely uncomfortable to be near her Incase she would lash out at me. This was on the day after Christmas

I will never eat at the Cranston location again. Tried it last week got the rustic potatoe soup and it tasted like it was pure concentrate. Extremely thick and not at all like it normally is. Figured it was a fluke and tried it again this morning ordering the cheesecake sub.. the bread was stale and hard as a rock they tried to cover it up by toasting it a little more but when the bread doesn't seperate after a bite unless you use your neck muscles there's a problem. In such a nice town and nice area I was not expecting it to be the worst panera experience I've ever had by far. Disappointing.

Good Morning this is the 3rd time Panera in Cranston has total screwed up my breakfast. Ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches every sandwich had something missing no bacon on one , no sausage on 2 and no egg on another one i usually just forget it and chalk it up to maybe they're understaffed but apparently that's not the case its just a bunch of employees that are not trained and clearly have no customer service. No problems with the other locations. This is the 3rd set of money that has been wasted no more.

I don’t often come to this location, mostly opting for the one in Warwick. When I tell you every single visit to this is a problem, it’s not an exaggeration. Whether I’m waiting up to 30 minutes for a half sandwich to be made, or having the whole order re-made for being completely wrong, it makes no sense that this location has been so bad for so long.

I had the steak and cheese w french onion soup for dipping. I don't eat out much anymore, so I wasn't aware of what was good there these days. The young man at the register was great. He was friendly and very knowledgeable.
