Absolutely the worst service consistently. This is because it is slow, not because they are impolite. Never ever go thru the drive thru unless you want to spend 30 minutes. Panera is considered a fast casual restaurant, not fast food, but they are not really cooking anything. We arrived today to dine in. I tried their new bagel stackers. Delicious! Everything is very fresh and flavorful. Great pairing with tea. I need to try the other stackers. It's that good. It's a very popular place, so expect to wait a bit to get your order. If you do takeout, check it before you leave. They are so busy that sometimes they get your order wrong.
