So I really don't give bad reviews unless they absolutely deserve it and papa ginos on reservoir ave in Cranston definitely does. Placed an order around 12:20ish(online) says it was all confirmed delivery was going to be 12:56. So 1:15 comes around, called and ask why was it late cause my kids were waiting for it, the girl who picked up the phone, was a typical teenager type and told me all their drivers made their delivers already. Now at this point I was fuming and decided to just say ok and hung up. Now I don't know if this was just me or is happening quite often, but I would NEVER order papa gino's again just from that experience.

When you have coupons that are only good online and you try to go on, it's terrible!!! The specials on the coupon are not to be found online. I called the Papa Gino's near me in Cranston to explain how I couldn't get it done online and the manager couldn't help me at all!! They lost a sale tonight. Why have specials you can only get online?????

Delivery was a tad slow, but the food was pretty good. The fries were a little undercooked and definitely did not have 2x salt as I ordered. The pizza was great, along with the amazing chicken tenders(I can't recommend enough). To top it off the delivery driver was very nice! Definitely a good bite, especially if you like a thinner crusted, New York style pizza.

Worst experience I have ever had at this particular restaurant. The x-lg pizza had almost no cheese on it. The other ingredients for this "works" pizza were barely visible. No sauce on the pizza made it taste like sawdust. Expressed concern to manager. Was offered cold sauce in a cup for the dry pizza. An apology or even an offer to remake the pizza would have made this experience more pleasant. Don't waste your time coming here. A frozen pizza will be cheaper and a lot more palatable than coming to this establishment.
