We come here pretty often and the service is usually great. However, today we only ordered two beers, one pho, and one butter quail, but our food came out after two other tables that arrived after us—and all the tables had ordered pho. One table arrived 20 minutes after us and still managed to get their order before we did. When we asked the waitress about the delay, she told us it was a kitchen mistake. Unfortunately, the butter quail was also underwhelming—it tasted plain, lacked flavor, and we couldn’t really detect any butter. Hopefully this was just a one-off experience... 🙄🙄

I had a bowl of pho and fresh spring rolls here. It’s a small bar/restaurant. Unfortunately, the fresh spring rolls were not good. I had never had rolls like that before. I took one bite and left the rest. I was still charged for it after expressing my dislike for them. However, the pho was good with flavourful broth. The wait staff was inattentive. I wouldn’t recommend coming here and I don’t plan on coming back

First Time I came I ordered a beef pho when the food came out it was missing beef! So they had to make all over again. Decided to give them another try and the pho taste sweet without adding any of the spices I had to add a lot of salt and Sriracha

*** MICE RAN BY ME WHILE SEATED WAITING FOR FOOD I came here recently with my boyfriend for what we hoped would be a nice pho dinner. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had.
We sat waiting for our drinks until the food arrived—service was very slow, and it seemed like there was a lot of confusion. My boyfriend ordered an alcoholic beverage, and while the new bartender was very polite, it was obvious she wasn’t properly trained. The drink was nearly undrinkable, and he only took one sip before leaving it untouched.
The biggest issue, however, was that while we were sitting there, a mouse ran right by our table and behind the fridge. As someone who is pregnant, this was beyond unacceptable and extremely concerning from a health and sanitation standpoint. Because of this, I decided not to eat anything. My meal was left completely untouched for obvious reasons.
Despite this, the restaurant still attempted to charge us for the full bill—including my untouched food and the awful drink my boyfriend didn’t drink. When we brought this up, there was no apology or effort to make the situation right. To make matters worse, the owner never came over to acknowledge what happened or offer any sort of apology, either in person or over the phone later on.
I genuinely expected basic cleanliness and professionalism, but this place failed on every level. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge management to take customer safety and service more seriously.

We almost left because it wasnt the cleanest looking. Spent the next 24hrs on the toilet in gut wrenching pain.

The food was incredible, fresh, taste and not so sweet.
We only go for the Pho and haven't ate anything else so therefore we can't say much about the rest of the food. The service could be much better. We always have to wait a long time to get our bill and that's if we do. If not, we'd have to wave someone down and ask for it after we've already been long done eating. Servers don't come around and refill your water either and half the time they forget other request that was asked.

The best hot stone oxtail Pho I’ve ever had! We live in Boston but don’t mind driving to Cranston twice a month for this delicious beef noddle soup. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

The Pho broth is the best I've ever had! It's absolutely full of flavor and deliciously craveable! The drinks are nicely strong and the place is cozy and relaxing. The vermicelli absolutely tasty. The sauce on the side is unique and maybe not for everyone.
