We had our rehearsal dinner at Santa Maria Di Prata with Ralphs catering. Ralphs did an outstanding job with delicious hot food and attentive, helpful and friendly staff. Everyones favorite was the Eggplant Rollatini. Loved the chicken piccata and scrod. The venue was nicely decorated and set up. The bartender was equally friendly, helpful and attentive. Super satisfied and received nice comments from our family who enjoyed themselves.
