I have held events personal and professional yearly at Ralph’s. They are truly amazing Mia always remembers everything we need Ralph has a heart of gold and is such a nice man. He always ensures my event is a big success. The staff and bartenders are top notch. The food is always amazing. I can truly recommend them to anyone looking to host an event. We had our rehearsal dinner at Santa Maria Di Prata with Ralphs catering. Ralphs did an outstanding job with delicious hot food and attentive, helpful and friendly staff. Everyones favorite was the Eggplant Rollatini. Loved the chicken piccata and scrod.
The venue was nicely decorated and set up. The bartender was equally friendly, helpful and attentive. Super satisfied and received nice comments from our family who enjoyed themselves.

All we can say is WOW! Ralph and his team impressed us beyond our wildest imagination. The food was incredible and all night our guests were absolutely raving about every detail- the appetizers, the amount and quality of food, the impeccable attention to detail, the friendly and attentive staff- we can’t say enough good things!
