Terrible mobile service. When you place an order through DoorDash, the store delivers it themselves instead of using DoorDash drivers. This makes the experience incredibly frustrating, because they clearly don’t have the staff or systems to handle deliveries efficiently. My orders consistently take over an hour to arrive, even though I live less than 10 minutes away. It’s the same issue every time. I won’t be ordering from here again.

The food is always delicious and the staff is always friendly. I am recovering from surgery and needed some comfort food, so I called Sako's for their American burger. I asked for very specific delivery instructions due to my limitations. When the driver arrived he realized I would still struggle to get my food so he went above and beyond to help me. My burger was delicious and the driver's customer service was good for my soul. 10/10 always (today was a 20/10)!

I order a chicken wrap and garlic knots and OMG the garlic knots were very burnt at the bottom and hard definitely a waste of $10 ( after tax). First and last time ordering from here . Chicken wrap I wasn’t a big fan of. It said it came with Mayo and lettuces, nothing but peppers and the avocado. It’s very tasteless there, no flavor even the garlic knots didn’t taste buttery or garlicky just plain bread. Not a fan.

I had lived outside of RI for 17 years. Returning to RI I had looked forward to getting an actual good pizza. After trying even my old favorites I couldn't find one and they cost an arm and a leg. But then I found Sako's! They have yet to disappoint.

Fantastic menu. I've been ordering take-out from here for over a year and always had not excellent service but the food quality has been excellent as well. Prices are reasonable for what you are ordering. They are very friendly as well. Definitely worth a trip.

i can't say enough good about this place. it's always hot and servings are huge the price is within reason. the sauce is so good and the veal was out of this world. great place

So I came into Pizza place for the first time without super expectations. I had the House Special which was freaking delicious! The 🍕 was crispy and ingredients were super generous. A small Pie and Coke filled me for less than 20$. I only waited a total of 15mins from walking in door I was eating. This Pizza was so good I picked up all toppings from pan. I will definitely be returning here.
The restaurant was very new and modern design which allows for numerous tables. Everything looked spotless from bathroom to fridges and stainless hoods!
