Ordered for delivery,the driver couldn't find the house drove by the house twice. Pizza was like eating a piece of card board fries cold and soggy. What a waste of 37.00 dollor. One and done with this place

The food is very good, but I had a misunderstanding with a staff member about my order. The manager was very nice and did what she could to rectify the situation. For sure a good spot, but I did not enjoy conversing with the guy who initially took my call.
Honestly management is on top of it here, I heard from them pretty quick

Sakos has become my go to for ordering out. Food is unbelievable. Service is great!
Ordered my food at 514pm on door dash to find out status Has not changed since 609pm so I called them to ask status to find out they didn't use a door dash deleivery driver and looking back at my ring camera the cheese pizza and fried oreos were sitting out side since 538pm that 45 mins ! It hot and humid outside. If your not going to use a doordash driver then don't have your restaurant on the app. If I didn't call for an update I wouldn't of known your driver just dropped it off because it was still in preparing ! They didn't even ring the bell or anything! For 19$ I'm pretty pissed off and that a heath issue and poor communication and customer service. Like I said you should have called when your outside or ring bell . Thinking your following the door dash app but your not.
