Shake Shack Garden City

Terrible service I ordered my meal and 15 minutes later I received my food and my fries were cold and my shake was entirely melted if you want to get something quick do not go here service is just plain terrible there is no WiFi also

Extremely awful quality food for the high price point, and even sadder small portion sizes on everything. What came to about $43 we looked at and thought THIS was worth $43??? Absolutely not. Wendys would of been a better choice. The hot dog was even sliced in half ! Who only gives half a dog sliced the long way? Their version of a grilled cheese was pitiful and abysmal and looked like something you wouldn't even feed to a dog. The cheese on the fries had a funny taste. No one at our table liked their food and due to everything being so small we left still feeling hungry.

The only pro was that they do have good creamy tasty shakes.

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our shakes and burgers at shake shack. I ended up trying the French onion burger and it was very satisfying. I only wish I had a little more of the onion sauce.

My girlfriend was delighted from all of our food. The cheese fries were saturated in cheese and bacon. The service was friendly and the ambiance was great.

We got a nice table outside and we enjoyed our visit very much.

The service is fast and the staff are polite and friendly.

This was my second time ordering here, based on my daughter's craving. The ordering process was smooth. The wait wasn't bad. The restrooms are unisex, which wouldn't have been that big of a deal, but one was out of order. We opted not to use them
The fries are basic and lacked cheese on the cheese fries, but my daughter liked her burger. I will not return, however, based on the restroom situation and 🤯prices.

I have a promo/e-gigt card and everytime I try to use it they need about 3 employees to figure it out. You can then feel the frustration in the employees towards the customer as if it's their issue that employees aren't familiar with the system. My second time around, my order was made wrong but my son received his burger and a free one was offered to me for the mistake. He finished his meal and mine was never sent out until I reordered. I gave this location 3 tries before I lost my patience and realized the customer service here is awful no matter what day of the week.
