This location always provides a great experience. Michaela and her team always go above and beyond to make sure I have a quality drink while checking in on my daily life updates. I appreciate their warm hearts and contagious smiles, they definitely know how to make their customers feel comfortable and uplifted for the day! 11/10 would recommend!

They made my drink nasty and wrong and when I nicely asked to have it remade the girl made it the same way and the manager didn’t even refund me I had to come back in and than she did smh horrible customer service I will never stop here again Kristy is the manager I think !!!!

I was immediately greeted by the staff here. A wonderful girl named Gracie suggested a refresher for me and I absolutely loved it. The store was clean and my experience was great. Will definitely be back!

This was AWFUL! The worst Starbucks ever it wasn’t mixed well at all my friend got a cranberry drink and you could see the milk and things floating around in it! Never recommend this Starbucks!

I stop here every day to get a pinky drink ? no ice stawberry on side but today 9/02/2024 around 3:30-3:40 pm some kid name Oliver which I doubt his name is that he was so Rudy and unprofessional with my order that I wanted to get out and beat him up, all I asks was more strawberry on my cup which I told him I don’t mind paying extra so he was already mad about that, then when he gave me my cup of pinky juice ? it was missing more then a inch of juice ? then I told him to get the manager so instead of getting the manager he fill the cup and handle it threw the window with so much force that some spill in my cloth and door handle would like corporate to reach out to me

Coffee is very good but the service is not as friendly as it used to be. The young lady who waited on me this morning wasn’t welcoming at all. I know we all work and have off days, but at the very least say good morning and maybe a “thank you” (especially when I tipped you) would be nice. Not a hint of a smile and a bit rude to be honest. You should not act as if you’re doing me a favor by servicing me. That being said, the service is quick and coffee is consistently good. ?

A nice comfortable Starbucks. Good for using a laptop. Variety in seating (which I love because sometimes I want a different seat)
Clean restrooms without locks so you don’t have to ask them to get in.

Quality has definitely gone down over the years. This location always makes my drink wrong or it doesn’t taste right at all. Go to Johnston location they’re much more reliable.

They usually have only one or 2 persons attending the coffee shop but they are so nice and did it amazing, glad to be there.

Coffee here is wonderful! But the People working the place are the best. I love the garden city center but the people there can be a bit snooty and it’s very discouraging — so it’s nice to be able to stop in for coffee and get a breath of fresh social air from the people behind the counter. Shout out to alex! they were great and really nice to chat with. 10000 stars :)!!
