So I usually give these barista's some leeway, because as a former barista no one gets how hectic it gets unless you've worked behind the bar. However I just watched a barista use almond milk, whole milk, AND soy milk in my drink. I can really only do milk alternatives due to being lactose intolerant so I stick with soy, but say it wasn't for me. Say it was for someone with a milk allergy or a nut allergy, that barista is gonna get someone sick or worse making drinks like that. Please please be sure to train your barista to work better under pressure. No corners should be cut.

Very rude barista. Waited for 15 mins for one refresher. They move like snails and they are not friendly. This has always been one of the slowest Starbucks but why I’m leaving a review is because how I was greeted; “do you want to order” in a condensing tone- no hi, how are you, what can I make for you. After 15 mins I asked if my order, one refresher, was almost ready and they snapped at me saying “yup they’re working on it”. Won’t be returning.

This is a great place to get your coffee. I'm a little fussy about how I want my coffee and they always come through for me. The baristas are very personable and work hard. They make it feel like a home away from home.

I haven’t been to Starbucks bc I mean do I have to say it 🇵🇸but anywho I went there and both myself and my friend did separate mobile orders. I received my coffee but she didn’t. I waited a few minutes and asked the barista. She could not locate the order. I showed her the order from my friend’s phone & she realized it was the other Starbucks. But she didn’t tell me I needed to go there. She just took it upon herself to make the drink. she was so polite. I wished I would’ve gotten her name but it was today 11/23 @ 8:54 am. Thanks again for the great customer service.

Never returning, taking my business to local coffee shops or Brewed Awakenings.

The baristas are super friendly, my coffee is always fantastic, but this location is literally almost always uncomfortably cold. That’s saying a lot because I’m forever complaining that I’m too hot (seriously, ask my husband). It would be 5 stars all around if I could pop in and pull out my laptop to answer a few emails without losing feeling of my fingertips, lol!

I brought my granddaughter to Starbucks for a little date, and it was absolutely lovely. We shared some delicious treats and drinks, she had her favorite cake pop and pink drink, and I enjoyed my perfectly made latte. What made the experience even more special was the sweet young woman named Kayla who helped me out. I’m not very good with technology, but she patiently showed me how to set up the Starbucks app on my phone and even helped me add a gift card to it. She was such a sweetheart! It’s so refreshing to meet someone so kind these days. Thank you Kayla for making our little outing extra special!

Place was very dirty, filthy, and gross to even sit, as there’s trash on floors and tables that aren’t cleaned properly….

Manager on shift was very rude and snarky with her reply’s when falsely telling me information I ALREADY KNEW from previously working at Starbucks and its policy’s….

Staff had a miserable tone/body language and unwelcoming to me as a customer.

My drink was never called so I was waiting for half and hour…

Very disappointed!
