Place was very dirty, filthy, and gross to even sit, as there’s trash on floors and tables that aren’t cleaned properly….

Manager on shift was very rude and snarky with her reply’s when falsely telling me information I ALREADY KNEW from previously working at Starbucks and its policy’s….

Staff had a miserable tone/body language and unwelcoming to me as a customer.

My drink was never called so I was waiting for half and hour…

Very disappointed!

I want to give this review for the Barista named Jay. He was so sweet & courteous. This is not my regular store & I go to a lot of different Starbucks so I know he goes over& beyond to give the best service.

WiFi doesn’t work during store hours

Delicious breakfast sandwiches. Coffee is good too obviously, but a little on the expensive side. I often bring my own coffee, and just grab a sandwich there

Wheelchair accessibility: You can get in with a wheelchair. There are no steps or raised thresholds at the Starbucks

I usually come to this Starbucks, but my experience was a little less than satisfactory this time around. I asked the barista if they have the strawberries for the refresher, to which she replied yes. So I ordered the drink, only to receive the drink with a "sorry we were out of the strawberries." They seem to run out of the fruit a lot, because this wasn't the first time getting a refresher without fruit, but I'm not sure if next time I'll have to ask the barista to go check to see if they are out. Just a bit disappointing this time.

The way the drive thru is set up is a nightmare. It gets in the way of getting to Shaw's. They should make the lane farther down and get rid of some of the parking spots to make a lane just for traffic.
