I haven’t been to Starbucks bc I mean do I have to say it 🇵🇸but anywho I went there and both myself and my friend did separate mobile orders. I received my coffee but she didn’t. I waited a few minutes and asked the barista. She could not locate the order. I showed her the order from my friend’s phone & she realized it was the other Starbucks. The baristas are super friendly, my coffee is always fantastic, but this location is literally almost always uncomfortably cold. That’s saying a lot because I’m forever complaining that I’m too hot (seriously, ask my husband). It would be 5 stars all around if I could pop in and pull out my laptop to answer a few emails without losing feeling of my fingertips, lol!
