Just came here today november 23,2025 at 3 pm. This guatemalan lady sandwich maker short women on her 30’s or 40’s (didnt have name tag on) this is the second time she attends me and its such an awful service. You greet her and she ignores you. I speak both Spanish and english and she does too because I have heard her earlier and when I made my order she was acting like she didnt know Spanish OR english. She gave me meat and veggies that looked bad. Also wiped mustard and mayo from a used knife on my sandwich. Ive seen other customers coming in and she also didnt greet upon them greeting. She then locked the door at 3:30 because store closes at 4 and she proceeded to ignore people knocking on the door instead of telling them that the store is closing. Very awful experience. Apart from bad service she doesnt smile at you or make you feel welcomed. We heard her speaking on the phone and was more busy speaking on her phone. She had a pink jacket.

I ordered the festive turkey and ham on doordash and the app wouldn’t let me put extra cranberry sauce so i told the dasher to ask , they did and the girl said i had to do it online and gave little to NO cranberry sauce on the sandwich , Im extremely mad because now the sandwich is really dry. every time i go to this subway there’s always a problem

Disappointed and Frustrated – Poor Service and Rude Attitude

I’ve been a loyal customer at this Subway location for a while, but after today’s experience, I won’t be returning.

I placed an online order for two footlong sandwiches (one for me, one for my daughter), a cookie, and a soda—using a valid coupon and even leaving a tip. When I arrived to pick it up, I asked for the sandwiches to be packed in two separate bags since they were for two people. To my surprise, I was told that online orders must be packed in a single bag, no exceptions. I even offered to pay for an extra paper bag, but the woman who appeared to be the manager responded sarcastically, saying, “Paper bags aren’t on the menu.” That level of rudeness was completely uncalled for.

To make matters worse, when I delivered the food, we discovered that both sandwiches were made on the same bread, even though I had clearly ordered two different types. I returned to the store to point out the mistake, and instead of apologizing, the same woman tried to justify it by saying they were out of the other bread and just substituted it without informing me. That’s not how customer service works.

Eventually, they remade the sandwich correctly—but only after I insisted. The entire experience—from the dismissive attitude to the lack of basic courtesy—was incredibly disappointing. I’ve supported this location for a long time, but after today, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

If you value respectful service and accurate orders, I’d recommend avoiding this location.

The girl was nice but they don't honor the discount coupons she says I can get any sandwich with my discount and she insisted that the owner only approved some this is very bad

If I could rate zero stars I would. I have ordered from this location multiple times, both on door dash and in person. Every time there has been an issue with my food. Whether it's the wrong item. Poor quality. One time they even put all the toppings on the sun and then toasted it. So everything was soggy. I have tried multiple times to give this place a chance and I'm left disappointed every single time. Don't recommend.

Place is clean which is nice but the food quality is disappointing. Some of the veggies look frozen or spoiled.and the staff count the amount of veggies like the spinach and pickles leaving the sandwich almost empty.

Found it closed today, but coming here last time for the first time was not too bad. It surprised me, but then I read the reviews so it might have something to do with things. I wanted mom to try this place out with me, no luck ??‍♂️
