Slowest subway I ever been to. Everytime I come here it’s the same employee and he is the slowest worker I’ve ever seen. I’m pretty sure I’m not the first person to tell you this so as a manager you need to fix this. I don’t think anyone has 30 min to wait for a sandwich

10/4/2025 at 2PM I got a sandwich from one of your employees. He was all by himself and was the slowest subway worker I've ever seen. He took 30 minutes to make my sub while making a sandwich on pace at 10 minutes per sandwich. I am a delivery driver for a company in the area and was clearly in a rush and he took his sweet time talking to customers in the store instead of making the sandwiches for the online order in front of him. When I actually got my sandwich I realized it wasn't even cut in half and didn't get my double american cheese despite being charged for it. I also presented my student ID and didn't get my discount. When I actually got the chance to eat my sandwich the bread was really stale and hard the chew on since it was just left out in the open the entire time. It would've been actually better to drive to my local subway on Freeborne St since it would've been faster to get and have a higher quality. If I could I wouldn't have given a star. I didn't give the person inside a tip because he ruined my lunch and hurt my delivery times costing me a lot of money. Its also right across from the one of the most prestigious culinary schools which is just baffling.

There’s either a new manager every other month so they never had anything. Don’t come wanting eggs they never have em out an will tell you there’s none mostly because there frozen drive down the street an get jersey mikes

I arrived 10 minutes before the store closed. Doors weren’t locked and lights where on so I walked in. The night worker immediately started huffing and puffing and even sucking his teeth so loudly. When I asked him if everything was ok he responded by telling me no because he is almost about to close and he’s starting to take everything apart and clean and basically because I walked in now he’s pissed! If the store closes at a certain time why should I be treated like that for only walking in. Let’s just say I wasn’t able to get my food due to the employees horrible attitude. Hire people that don’t mind working till it’s time to clock out.

tried ordering food on door dash my dasher arrived at the restaurant and they refused to fulfill the order but wouldn't cancel it themselves, not the first time ive had issues eith this location. never come here go to literally any other subway and save yourself the headache....
If you want to come waste your time come here they are never open on time but sure love closing early and wasting your time

Quick service and my subs are always delicious. The store manager, Jarconna, is friendly and welcoming. He always indulges customers in conversation. I had my toddler son with me, and he came over and spoke with us while we dined in.
