Some of the ice cream has little ice pieces in it that affect it's texture; kind of common and that demotes a star. Otherwise, it's good ice cream. Nice friendly staff.

Always enjoy taking the kids there, lots of traffic when it's busy. Parking lot is the biggest drawback. You kind of have to drive right next to the line of people to get out.

Sundaes has always been my favorite ice cream shop. Last year I developed an allergy to tree nuts. It is severe. Out of all of the places I have been to eat Sundaes Cranston has gone above and beyond to ensure no exposure to tree nuts. The staff is pleasant and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the training that these employees have been given. Thank you so much. I love still being able to enjoy my favorite ice cream.

I really miss this place! I used to live in Rhode Island but I live 230 miles further up North... I really am planning on visiting here when I see my parents. I remember them having soft serve ice cream even until October! The biggest, best cones I remember from 2007-2015. Not sure about now, but it seems to have kept the tradition.

Honestly, horrible choice of name and there was dirt in my icecream? Asked for just vanilla and the server rolled her eyes at me. Icecream was hard and freezer burnt. She wouldnt give me her name AND she didnt even wash the scooper after serving the person infront of me.

It’s gonna be a 5star for me and the kids ! We love it and we have critiqued many ice cream shops around Rhode Island. We love that it’s REAL ice cream and not the really high sugary fake stuff. We never get a belly ache here & the staff is super friendly too, even on the busier weekends. Definitely keeps us coming back for more ! Thanks!
