I was late here by the video of the employee, denying a homeless person inside and she just wanted a cup of water. Thank God for the man who came and paid for her meal and still the manager didn’t allow her and disgusting. You guys could never get my money.

a solitary youtube video lead me here, and to say I was heartbroken is beyond description. A homeless woman simply wanted a bit of water and it was caught on camera how she was treated. ice water/hot water, it will not kill your business to be kind. until the employee/manager saw he was being recorded, he treated that woman like absolute trash. do better.

We had high Hopes for this healthy food choice. could not have been more dissapointed. highly advertised ripple fries, cold and tasteless. 4.55 for about 8 chip/slices. My hot honey chicken bowl was mostly quino, very little slaw and the sweet potatoes cold and tough. the carrot slices were bland and discolored, like they had been sliced days before.the chicken was tough. I was lucky enough to have been given some bread from my friend I was dining with. my bowl and fries,no drink, but gave tip, came to almost 24 dollars. I left hungry and should have said something but didn’t. also, while dining, a gal behind the counter kept running a very large grinder, it took her 2 hands to run it, was so big and loud. we had to stop in the middle of our conversation several times because we could not hear each other. overall not a good experience. on the upside, place was clean, help was friendly, water was cold and easily available. will not be going back or recommending to anyone.

Tried to reach the Torrance location but they have no legit phone#. Son got violently food poisoned after eating there last night. His stomach started hurting at night then threw up several times and got diarrhea thru the night and morning. He ate blackened chicken kale bowl, and didn't finish it as he found hair at the bottom of bowl. I had different kind. He has been in pain moaning all day. Why is it so hard to reach the restaurant? I couldn't leave home all day to take care of my son. Did anyone else get sick? There were only a few people there when we ate there. Someone sweetgreen need to do something. He might have to miss school tmrw because of this. He is still not better.

I don't usually write reviews but the Bedford NH location has terrible customer service. The manager is rude and unprofessional. Not only that but there's some bug on the website that altered our pick up time and then there was absolutely no way to contact the store to correct it so we had to go in person to fix the pick up time for an almost $160 order only for the customer service texting people to GASLIGHT us about the pick up time and tell us it can't be changed! 0/5 Stars don't bother going here.

I originally loved this place the first couple times I've gone. Now the last 2 times I have gotten food, both myself and my boyfriend have gotten upset stomach and other GI issues. We both ordered two completely different meals. Won't be going back unfortunately.

So I really love Sweetgreen and I'm so happy we have a location nearby. I do agree that at times they will only have one person helping customers BUT this has improved recently which is awesome.
My main gripe with it is the price. 25 dollars for a salad is insane and it always seems to come out to be about there.
I also ordered the protein bowl the last time I was there and although it was supposed to have 2 scoops of protein, they only gave me one. I asked for the other and they charged me but I didn't want to argue because I wasn't sure. When I went home I realized that I was overcharged. I would just make sure your employees are consistent with the ingredients in the protein bowls.

Unfortunately, every time I dine at this location, the sweet potatoes are undercooked and squished together, unlike other locations where they’re firm, separated, and perfectly cooked. The salads here are fresh and enjoyable, but the chicken and fish often arrives hard and cold, which is disappointing. For the prices, I expect more consistency in quality. Hopefully, these issues can be improved because this place has a lot of potential!

it's fantastic to have another healthy choice out there. however, there are some big issues with sweet green in Garden City, Cranston. I had to wait in line about 40 minutes because there was only one person working and he was moving at glacial speed. I selected the guacamole salad but shows the crispy rice instead of tortilla chips unfortunately my crispy rice wasn't crispy but pretty soggy. I did however enjoy my pretty pricey salad other than the rice. next time I will dine at home because the environment is pretty sterile. hopefully the service and crispy rice will improve.

Dear Sweet Green. My fav thing about running errands is NOT STOPPING at SG any more ….why? You guys are ridiculous now, first, all the prices when up, ok I get it…. Inflation, the portion size got smaller but the prices got higher, then you can only get 2 salad dressings, anything over that you got to pay, now you took away the salad bowl and serving the salads in the plates that you serve the grain plates, prices didn’t go down🤨🤨🤔🤔, Your customers can now count the leaves of the greens that’s in the salads. Very ridiculous, very unfair, very not buying anymore! #disappointed. sweetgreen @sweetgreen

There were bugs embedded in my salad.

I will never in life give my money to a business that if I or anyone else needed a GLASS OF WATER they would deny that! Truly atrocious even for modern times.

I love the food. I would always get it in NY and NJ and it has plenty of vegan options for me — but for whatever reason, any time I order it online it is NEVER the correct order (if I receive it at all). I did not have this issue with other locations, so I think it’s a store-specific issue that I hope they resolve.

Picked up my autumn harvest bowl tonight and opened it to find that it’s missing two out of its eight ingredients, the maple Brussels sprouts and roasted almonds. Beyond that, I nearly cracked a tooth on uncooked rice. Pretty disappointing overall, I’ll stick with Chipotle.
