I recently ordered a meal and mistakenly ordered it for pickup. I immediately called to cancel but Sweetgreen said that 1 minute was too late to cancel because it was an ASAP order. Then I had to wait 2 hours for my reorder to be delivered although that was an ASAP order. When I complained to customer service all I kept getting was automated responses saying they understand how frustrated I must be feeling. Terrible customer service. Just salad for me from now on.

I loved this place, it was always fresh, great taste, big portions, but as I finished my salad with maybe 2 bites lift I found a huge fly of some sort at the bottom 🤮 unfortunately I’ll never be able to eat it again.

They didn’t give me salmon and avocado on my uber eats order. Also I messed up trying to refund it because I didn’t see the avocado was missing till I opened the other one. Then I see the shit reviews and I guess I understand.

I placed an order online and instead of it verifying my credit card payment method it automatically charges the card I used on last order. Never have I had this issues with any other company when ordering online when I hit checkout that it doesn’t take me to the next page to confirm that is the payment I want to use. Sometimes you don’t want to use the default card or want to add a new one. Then when I tired to get an actual person online I couldn’t. Again never have I worked with a business where I cannot not speak with someone. I work in the customer service industry and would feel awful if this is how we treated our customers where you can’t speak with a human or help them ASAP especially with a charge being done in correctly.I kept asking to speak with someone in charge and never got an answer except thanking me for brining this to their attention and someone will be in touch in the next 24 hours. I took it upon myself to look up the CEO of the company and email him directly. I would hope he is better at customer service then the company itself and if he cares about his company and keeping business he respond and take responsibility.

went to sweetgreen Mansfield got 2 bowls the garlic steak and the salmon both were bad the steak was so tough I couldn't get a metal fork with sharpened tines into the chunks the wild rice was not cooked properly cucumbers were super bitter the salmon was so over cooked it was hard avocados were very under ripe again the white rice was under cooked it was crunchy I won't be going back the service was good and the staff was pleasant

I love this place I honestly keep forgetting to sign up for rewards . Lately I noticed a trend during the week .In the mid morning , early afternoon the taste is amazing until about 6 ish to close & 1 hour prior to close any food place be fr with expectations . But the weekends are not the same . Today my food was uggh the dressing watered down for sure I eat here so much the difference is instantly noticeable . Also for esthetics alone you can’t promote daily fresh ingredients as the staff visibly combining dressing containers on the assembly line. The staff is amazing super friendly . I keep going back because it’s the only clean eating choice that I like around my job.Yes my 19 $ is a mere $114 a week but that’s a lot for disappointment.
