I told them I get only so much time for my lunch break. when I said refund me the difference, he hung up on me

I typically go inside to order on the touchscreen kiosk. Easy to use. Service could be faster both inside and drive thru but to be fair, I couldn't do that job. The only issue I have is the side door. Wayyyyy too heavy.
The best Taco Bell in Cranston. But 1st out of 2. Food is typical taco bell cuisine, but they never mess up special orders or forget things unlike the #2 taco bell in Cranston.Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie options. Favorite is bean burrito, add potatoes and sour cream. Thank me later

Waited over 30 minutes for my "fast" food order.. Had to call the store to see if our food was coming out anytime soon and was given attitude by an employee who said "it was a pretty big order" and upon getting home, i see that i am missing part of my order... I would not recommend coming here, if you want taco bell go to Cranston street.

The workers are not good at their jobs. Always have to wait and never get my order correct. The workers at nice and polite but not, like I said not very good at their job.
Ordered three of their boxes and they made two fully and the third one was missing two items. Tried to tell them what I was missing and they insisted it was in the bag, Mind you they gave me two actual boxes my extra item that was not in the box in a burrito in the bag, so where is the third box? When I got home two of the boxes had the incorrect meat in them so instead of ground beef, I had steak in my tacos and crunch wrap, which was very scarce. This is now the second time my order has been incorrect. And the restaurant wasn’t busy because it was only doing DoorDash and mobile orders and you can literally see them just hanging around.

Not taking any drive-through orders due to staff shortgage. Was told that downloading the app was the only way to
The drive thru Teller was fighting, screaming and cursing in the Lord's name towards me because I had an app order to pick up..... Once I got home to eat the food all my burritos were smashed/crushed, the cinnabun balls were hard as rocks and the 2 large nacho fries couldn't fill one of the containers if combined into the 1 .... I'm speechless.

I asked for 2 soft tacos, 2 chicken Chipotle melts, a cheese roll up and a Doritos Loco taco Supreme. I returned because I was not charged or given the cheese roll up and the dorito taco was not made properly. I pulled back into the drive through and stated this in a calm, respectful and professional manner. They said pull up - I get to the window and the lady SCREAMS - I GAVE YOU 4 CHEESE ROLL UPS AND THE TACO FOR FREE ; then slams the window in my face. Then a kid opens the window - sticks his whole body out the window and says " what is your problem "?I gave him the receipt, and said I'm sorry for the inconvenience the issue is - I was not being charged for the roll up that Iasked for and the taco Supreme was not made correctly. He was livid this was what I was bothering him about this. SLAMS WINDOW AGAIN. The old blonde lady comes back a few minutes later and says " he gave you the roll up for free even though you didn't pay" then slams the window again.I was polite and respectful and the whole team was ready to fight because my order was wrong... The new taco they gave was completely smashed and the cheese roll up was filled with cold un-melted cheese. The oddest experience over a taco. They were so rude and so willing to fight someone who didn't give them attitude, wasn't rude or making comments ; just wanted a taco with sour cream and a roll up I asked for. So weird.
