Ordered late at night. Picked up at 11:18pm. Did not have my whole order. Didn’t get a refund… just went home to bed :/

Phone number seems to be a fax machine or something that can go offline with 10 seconds. Don't expect to get ahold of them. Online order was wrong and they'll blame door dash .. door dash wants you to call them....,. DON'T BE LAZY AND ORDER ANYTHING you'll get a run around

Went around the drive through around 11 pm I 02/19 before I can even order I was greeted with attitude then went to go pay the lady at the window snatch my card from me and I told her what I wanted made me pay extra when I already told her before paying ,whole staff rude needs to be fired

Went for late night tacos. Didn't want ranch on the burrito, it was caked on it. Went back to get it replaced and they messed it up again.

12/24 the line was long and I waited almost a half hour for my food and got the wrong order twice. I just left it as was and went on my way. Went again tonight 12/29 at 1030 and just left at 11:31. I had to get out the car to ask every person behind us to back out so I could leave, and they left as well when they found out how long I waited for, AND the people in front of me who ordered left as well.
Not sure what’s going on lately cause the lines are now always long and horrible at night, and I understand if they’re short staffed, so do better corporate and give this store the hours and man power it needs to operate successfully.

Gonna put the night crew on blast. How convenient is it to say the freeze machine is down every night but magically up and running during the day? I can see y'all from the drive thru just standing and talking. There was no line at the drive thru and it was past dining hours the place looks deserted yet I’m still waiting a long time to have my order taken. This has been a repeat experience and it’s annoying. If yall close at 2 am and I’m at the drive thru at 12am, I’m still well within business hours.
They are so lazy and they gave me my order 40 min later…. Is this tacos coming from Mexico ?!?

The Service is Mid and You will wait like 20-30min at later times in the day for your food. It's ran by Highschoolers that lack urgency for a "FastFood" business. (Not Impressed)
