It’s full of kids who don’t even know how to wash their hands, and on top of that, they have terrible customer service. You ask for something and they don’t understand you. I do not recommend it at all. If you want to go to another Taco Bell, go to the one on Reservoir Avenue, because they have good service and professional staff, unlike this place in Cranston. It’s not worth it, don’t go there.

we got two combos and some side burritos. all the burritos were made wrong. we waited almost 20 minutes for the food to be made, it took another 15 for them to come to the front so we could ask it remade, then another 15 for them to remake it-and it was still wrong. wanted no sour cream and one had some add ins, was still wrong remade. we were missing a burrito that also had to be made-was still wrong. despite showing the order and explaining what was in it. we got there 9:45 and left at 10:40. spent an hour just getting the food, disappointing. the drive through was going very fast despite our order being put in way before. won't be going back to this location.

I haven't been to any taco bell in over 20yrs! It definitely has changed for the better. Ordering appears to be by kiosk. I didn't ask if someone can help at the counter. Like other fast food kiosks, you can pay at the kiosk or at the counter. Many more menu options to choose from and to personalize your order. If possible, one more bowl option would be good!

They served beef Tacos instead of Veg tacos and then after complaining the staff had no clue about how to handle instead asked me and my friend to reorder for the veg
This was one of the most upsetting and frustrating dining experiences I’ve ever had. I explicitly asked for vegetarian tacos because I’m a strict vegetarian and a practicing Hindu — eating beef is not just against my diet, it’s deeply offensive to my beliefs. Despite clearly stating this, I was given beef tacos without any warning. I took a bite before realizing, and I cannot express how sick and violated I felt.
When I went to the counter to inform them, I expected at least a sincere apology. Instead, I was met with indifference and rudeness. There was no acknowledgment of how serious this mistake was. It didn’t seem to affect them at all — like it was no big deal to completely disregard someone’s dietary restrictions or religious values.
They did remake the tacos, but what I got was a sad excuse of a replacement — just a bit of lettuce and beans, tossed together with no effort or care. No seasoning, no taste, no consideration. As if they were doing me a favor for their own mistake.
If you’re vegetarian or vegan, please do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. They clearly don’t take dietary preferences or religious sensitivities seriously, and they won’t take responsibility if they mess up. Trusting a restaurant with your food should not end in betrayal like this. I will never be coming back.

Phone number seems to be a fax machine or something that can go offline with 10 seconds. Don't expect to get ahold of them. Online order was wrong and they'll blame door dash .. door dash wants you to call them....,. DON'T BE LAZY AND ORDER ANYTHING you'll get a run around

Went around the drive through around 11 pm I 02/19 before I can even order I was greeted with attitude then went to go pay the lady at the window snatch my card from me and I told her what I wanted made me pay extra when I already told her before paying ,whole staff rude needs to be fired
