I ordered 2 chicken tender meals one with Cesar salad one with fries. I’m not even sure what this is but I never saw miniature tenders before. We sat and ate inside and was shocked that a steak house had run out of A1 sauce. I ordered these 2 kids meals to go as we were celebrating our 8 year anniversary and planned to bring the kids something back. I want to add that we are regulars here 2 times a week and this is the first time we were disappointed. Everyone has off days I understand it was just unfortunate that it happened on our anniversary.

The rolls alone are worth the trip and it’s a good value when everything is tallied up. The staff are very friendly and attentive despite the busy and sometimes loud environment but the place has a nice feel despite that. The entrees were just ok, nothing to write home about. Everything just needed a pinch of salt all around.

I had a horrible experience today with Jameson the waiter at my table (235/1). I went there for lunch and to celebrate my own birthday with my family (husband and our 2 kids). Everything was going well until waiter came over with our food and gave me attitude about my own order. He didn’t bring me my full meal, forgot to bring my green beans, plus the grilled shrimps. Said I’ve never ordered the shrimps and he supposedly had ask me “many” times if I didn’t want the shrimps and I’ve said no to him. Which I probably didn’t hear him well due to the loud music and I probably said no but the point here is that he came to me with an aggressive attitude, in front of my family. Made me feel really uncomfortable and ruining my entire birthday celebration and meal. He shouldn’t be working as a waiter if he doesn’t like to serve people. He has no good customer service. Anyways, he said he was gonna bring me the shrimps, I said to him: no thank you, don’t worry about the shrimps and just leave the order the way it is, it’s okay and I smiled at him. He looked at me with an almost angry face saying he was gonna bring the shrimps regardless, and that it wasn’t his fault my order was wrong, it was all my fault, ME, the customer, it was all me. That was not a very waiter like. This is not because of the food, it’s because of him and his lack of empathy for customers. I work in customer service and I know if even the customer is wrong you NEVER escalate the situation. Always try to make the customer feel welcome and comfortable with their experience. We ended up leaving and taking everything home. Horrible customer experience ever.

Had a hankering for some Texas Roadhouse and we had a couple gift cards to use, so we decided to head down to the Cranston location for lunch/dinner. We had Wilmery as our server, loved here attitude and laughter she made us laugh and enjoyed her company. She made some recommendations, told her how I wanted my steak and the sides. We started off with the cactus blossom app which was delicious as always, everything was perfect and delicious and thanks to everyone who works there, great job thank you 👍👍👍👍😊

Went on a little dinner date with my boyfriend earlier today ! I can say the service was amazing , our server was Chris , he seemed to be in a happy mood and great overall.
The Red chili was super delicious and my boyfriend loved his cocktail and burger as well. I give the food 4stars only because the ribs were on the dry side but everything was great!
