Ordered a 70 piece Italian cold cut calzone and spinach, pepperoni and cheese calzone tray with red pizza for a graduation party. Places the order on Friday morning for pickup at 1:00 pm Sunday. Wasn’t ready when we arrived to pick it up. Waited and was finally ready at 1:10. Got to the party and was MORTIFIED at what I bought! The calzones clearly were cut straight out of the oven, causing them to fall apart, stick together and insides melted on the tray. Pizza was horrible. Just dough and tomato paste. They put paper tissues between the layers and they were stuck and melted to the calzones. I was absolutely embarrassed. Guests even commented on the atrocity. I will never order from here again. This is NOT the same owner of T’s restaurant. Asked to speak to the manager/owner and was told he wouldn’t be available until next week.

What happened to this place ? It used to be my favorite sandwich shop n now it’s absolutely terrible. I spent $16 for a sandwich not much bigger than my hand when they used to be as big as my arm. Complete rip off. This is NOT chicken cutlet, this is a chicken tender . It’s disgusting. If this is new ownership you people are horrible.

Can't get orders right. Awful customer service. Sad to say but the woman working was just so rude and unprofessional... will never be back. The people who walked in before me also brought their pizza back because it wasn't even good... what a sign lol

Terrible food almost 18 dollars for an Italian sub with nothing on it no oil vinegar no vegetables came plain looked like a Cumberland farms sub chicken parmigiana looked like a Walmart chicken patty on some pasta and the chicken Alfredo was a less than to be desired very dry

Food cold for being less than a mile away and was terrible. Everything we ordered was unflavorful. No customer service, very rude. This is our first and Def. Last time ordering we will gladly be spending our money at Nomads and Blaze pizza.

To the new owners: listen to your customers, put your ego aside. whoever is in charge of the changes, they are terrible. I’ve been going for 15+ years and for the first time the calzone was trash. It was heated in a microwave rather than in the oven. It’s soft. There’s no red pizza anymore. No eating inside anymore too? Get back to the basics please, this is so sad. I’ll gladly change the review back to 5 once you acknowledge the food has gone downhill

Absolute disappointment. As a former FAN, I couldn't be more dissatisfied. Haven't ordered in a while. They must have been sold to new owner that clearly has no pride or interest in retaining the exceptional quality Thomasellis WAS known for.

Overall amazing experience! The chicken cutlets are a favorite, and the food here never disappoints.

A hidden gem! Tomaselli’s provides a good experience with its cool staff and mouthwatering calzone tray.

What happen to Tomasellis? There is no way the new owners will stay in business. Pizza was like mush. Basically inedible . Just look at the other reviews on this place. It speaks volumes. Good luck but your future is bleak.
