We use to get Tommy’s pretty frequently mostly takeout but would occasionally dine in. My husband dined in with our son recently and brought home leftovers and it didn’t taste like it usually does. Figured it might have been a busy night (Friday during lent). Decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and we got takeout tonight. The meatballs on the grinder tasted frozen, I was surprised to see no cheese was melted on top and the sauce seemed a little skimpy. The small cheese pizza was almost like a thin crust with well done cheese on top with little flavor from what my husband told me. It was all edible but the point was it wasn’t how it use to be. I’m not sure if they’ve switched cooks or vendors to keep cost down but I was really let down because we always use to get a good meal every time we went.

Ordered a small cheese and sausage pizza for $15. The tomato sauce is zesty. Pizza barely had any cheese. The dough is a bit thick and tastes yeasty. Not a style we prefer.

Just returned from Tommy's Pizza on Oaklawn Ave in Cranston ready to savor one of their famous pizza's for the first time only to be disappointed in so many ways. There was so much oil covering the pizza that the "flavor", what there was of it, couldn't have been tasted if it were there. The crust was burnt also & the pepperoni was scace. Sorry, our 1st & last time buying another one.

This was my favorite pizza for many years but it's not consistent anymore. Today my pizza was very greasy, overcooked and barely has cheese. The fries were awful they were also overcooked and super greasy. I feel like I got whatever was left in the bottom of the fryer too.
