Stopped here for breakfast during the week. Newly renovated and modern. Services as quick and the server was very polite. The menu has a bunch of options for both breakfast and burgers. Can’t wait to go back to try the burgers! The home fries were well seasoned and everything was cooked to my liking, basic breakfast. Only complaint is that it cost almost $3 for a side of bacon which was only 2 pieces which didn’t make sense because the basic breakfast plate (pictured) is about $6 without the bacon.

My husband and I went to Uptown in Cranston last night. Our waiter was Humphrey. He recommended the Cheeseburger Egg Rolls as an appetizer. Oh my, these were delicious. I had the Pulled Pork sandwich and my husband had the Ruben sandwich. Both were very good. Humphrey was very attentive for our entire stay there. The restaurant was redesigned to a warm, cozy style. Give them a try if you have not been there yet. Looking forward to going back to try their breakfast. Their Mamosa Flat looks amazing

Had the best experience here! The food is always delicious, servers attentive and every staff member is extremely pleasant. I asked the manager, Brianna for drink suggestions and she suggested a few drinks that I all loved! Great prices, great food and an overall great experience. The decor inside and the bar creates an amazing atmosphere. I will definitely be back!!

Went to uptown for brunch with friends and it was delicious! The food and drinks are awesome and they did a great job with the renovation, it looks modern and welcoming. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be going back in the future

Reading some of these reviews, you'd think this place is average. It's anything but. The service was attentive, the food tasted great, and the atmosphere is quite cool. Sort of a mix between a 50s diner and "modern maritime". Design-wise, they paid attention to the little details. Coathooks at each bar stool, live plants, and a clean sleek look overall.

It was horrible. We ordered drinks and there was a fruit fly in the drink. They brought back another drink but there were fruit flys everywhere and we couldnt even enjoy our food which wasnt all that good because we were constantly waving at flies flying around. We left after attempting to eat half our burgers. When we mentioned to the gentleman at the front how disgusting it was he apoligized and then proceeded to charge us $42.00. One of the worst dining experiences ive ever had. I will never go back and will make it my mission to make sure noone i know ever goes there.

Met friends for brunch. Sat upstairs and were not rushed. Food was very good...had a breakfast bowl. Very large portion and plenty to take home! Excellent service, friendly wait staff.

Recently went for lunch with my son...despite how busy it was, the service (by an extremely pleasant 'Melissa') was prompt, consistent and very amicable. When the (very tasty) burgers arrived, the owner Greg was kind enough to stop by the table to make sure everything was to our liking, AND IT WAS. I highly recommend Uptown for all ages!

I will definitely revisit this restaurant. It is in an old Johnny Rockets and they renovated it very nicely. It’s modern and rustic at the same time. The bar is well done as well. Melissa was my server and she was super attentive and very friendly. The food was tasty and presented nicely.

Great place, friendly staff and very clean. We had the Canadian Burger and Mushroom Burger. Both were fantastic and cooked perfectly. I loved the tater tots. I would highly recommend going here and we’ll definitely be back. Can’t wait to try it for breakfast.
