I ordered a bacon and cheddar potato and they send me fries with some cheese and some bacon on it. Disgusting behavior could have just refunded the item or had the delivery guy to message me.

This establishment needs to be shut down and all employee should be fired. I placed an order on the Wendy’s app, when I went to go pick up my order I was told they didn’t receive it. I showed them my receipt and order number. I soon seen that it was picked up when I never picked it up (checked the cameras, I was not there to pick up until now 5/20/25 @10:40pm) About 5 mins went by a guy with the nasty metal grills and the “manager” I'm assuming then said that I placed the order for next day pick up WHEN THE APP DOESN'T EVEN ALLOW THAT which also doesn’t make sense when they told me the order was never there, like which one is it. I was told they could not make my food or give me a refund since it was not in the system which totally contradicts what they told me. I even checked my receipt to see if I was at the right location which I was.
