Fast and quick service
Placed an order online to be picked up by drive-thru. Get to the drive-thru only to be told that I needed to come in, which defeats the purpose of a drive-thru order. I go inside and no one is able to find my order. Then, when someone is able to find my order, I am told that because something is out I need to repay my entire order again even though I’ve already paid for it. It would have been simpler to just offer me a substitute. I ended up walking out and going to a better...read full review
