Happened upon this lovely restaurant, there’s nothing we saw near here, menu is excellent and broad, my chicken Marsala was excellent!! Very comfortable, highly recommend! You will be very pleasantly surprised at how good it is.

I'm Italian on both sides of the family, so I know good home cooked Italian food, and I'm a bit of a snob when it comes to Italian restaurants. This is the closest thing to family style home cooked Italian food as it gets. Needless to say, I was impressed! Top 5 in the State.

The woman inside rudely rufused to give a receipt because she “needs to keep them for her boss for a record of each time the drawer opens. It is RI law to provide a receipt on a taxable sale, which I had to go back in and state to her in order for her to finally give me a receipt. When I said thank you she said nothing then something under her breath on my way out. Terrible way to treat a customer. The outdated POS system doesn’t print receipts and she added things up a calculator. Little unacceptable in my opinion to have such an outdated POS and ordering system. Also $3.25 for a 12oz soda can is a bit of a rip. Friend recommended me to this place and I will not return.

Hey! When a guest comes in and asks what happened to Frank its really rude to say he died when you know very well he didn't. Also your pizza tastes terrible.

I wanted to have dinner before i returned my car at the airport, this is just minutes away but still in a neighborhood type area. Loved my spicy shrimp & linguini dish. 🤌 I had planned to stop for ice cream next door but I also had their complimentary pizza appetizer 😃 so 🚫🍦

Great sauce, don't change a thing. Lunch chicken Parm portion is very tiny, I was still hungry after so a bit stingy on portions. Imo don't bother with lunch menu and just order full meal.

We ordered a margherita pizza, garlic bread, and mozzarella sticks. The pizza crust was very hard and dry, and the garlic bread was pretty similar. It tasted like the garlic was raw. It also didn't help that all the food was cold, but that's more on the delivery service

I love to eat good pizza
For me is the best pizza
I gotta tell ya, as someone who grew up surrounded by bold Italian flavors, this was such a letdown. Frank & John From Italy on Main Street in East Greenwich missed the mark big time. I ordered a cheese and pepperoni pizza for $16, expecting some authentic seasoning and a flavorful punch. Instead, I got the blandest pizza I’ve had in a while.
The crust? It wasn’t the worst, but it didn’t have that satisfying chew you’d expect from good pizza dough. The pepperoni was so sparse, it was practically playing hide-and-seek. And the cheese and sauce? Absolutely flavorless—no seasoning, no kick, no nothing.
Now, I ate most of it, but let me explain why. I had just finished a long shift at work, I was starving, and I had already spent my hard-earned money. Trust me, if I wasn’t that hungry, this pizza would’ve gone straight to my dog.
It’s a shame because the spot has such a great location, and I really wanted to like it. Maybe I’ll give them another shot if someone recommends something different from the menu. But as far as a standard cheese and pepperoni pizza goes, Frank & John need to take a trip back to Italy to learn how to season properly. This ain’t it.
Pizza score: 4.9/10.

Aroldo, Lucia, Estrella & Juan run a beautiful family owned business here in quaint East Greenwich. I just needed a quick pick me up, and was pleasantly surprised to recieve much more than that. As soon as I walked in, I knew I was in great company!
The pizza dough was very crispy and fresh by the way. The wine selection and bar is very well stocked! There is a lot of scrumptious beer on tap as well. Thank you so much, Frank & John from Italy is my new frequent pit stop.
Love,
Morgan
